Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I order lemon pepper wings a 5 piece dinner the wings was tough I perfere the flats they was spice just right but they gave me the drum stick part they was tough and had two flats

Ordered 1order of traditional plain wings and 1order of lemon pepper traditional wings and fried pickles Tuesday 8/5/25.Pickles were good but,......the wings were not cooked well.When we opened them they looked undercooked,so I pulled one apart and was not cooked done.I had to put them in microwave to fully cook both orders.Tried calling back but just kept getting hung up on.For 35.00 dollars they should have cooked them.Really think they are trying get the customer out quickly but not this way.If you want great wings go to Fireballs at bank crossing.We have always had a problem with Zaxby's not cooking the wings done and over cooking tenders

Terrible experience with the young teen with black hair took our order and said “I don’t have to serve you if I don’t want too” and I was laughing at something my cousin said. Iv never experienced a fast food place like that. The older black man (don’t know his name) he was very respectful and understanding. Spending 84$ and getting the most disrespectful experience iv ever had. Never coming back here again and we’re very understanding people but I assume he’s had a terrible day taking it out on customers.

Unacceptable! Slowest service EVER! Do not ever think about entering the drive-thru line. You will be stuck for near eternity. Fix it or just give up and shut down.

Went in tonight and got me a loaded fries and I couldn't even eat it. It's was cold. Didn't hardly have any chicken on it no bacon. And the cheese wasn't even melted. The drink was supposed to be sweet tea. It was unsweetened. I don't know what has happened to the commerce location but i don't think I'll go back..

The food was very fresh and good tonight.

who ever fixes the door dash orders doesn't care what you actually ordered. they give you whatever they feel like it n send it with the dasher. i ordered the kickin chicken but got the big zax snack.

We do mostly online orders here, and they are always ready for pick up. They haven’t gotten an order wrong yet! Great Zaxbys. Frank is super helpful and a great employee, as well.

First time at Zaxbys. Guess I expected better chicken for a chicken place. Or was my mistake getting grilled instead of fried chicken?

People who work in fast food are stupid. You have one job do it right. I ordered grilled chicken and got fried. Zaxby is the o e place tou ALWAYS have to check your order. Take a lesson from CHIC- FIL- LA they are always on order.
