Angel needs raise
Went in tonight and got me a loaded fries and I couldn't even eat it. It's was cold. Didn't hardly have any chicken on it no bacon. And the cheese wasn't even melted. The drink was supposed to be sweet tea. It was unsweetened. I don't know what has happened to the commerce location but i don't think I'll go back..
The food was very fresh and good tonight.

who ever fixes the door dash orders doesn't care what you actually ordered. they give you whatever they feel like it n send it with the dasher. i ordered the kickin chicken but got the big zax snack.
We do mostly online orders here, and they are always ready for pick up. They haven’t gotten an order wrong yet! Great Zaxbys. Frank is super helpful and a great employee, as well.
First time at Zaxbys. Guess I expected better chicken for a chicken place. Or was my mistake getting grilled instead of fried chicken?

People who work in fast food are stupid. You have one job do it right. I ordered grilled chicken and got fried. Zaxby is the o e place tou ALWAYS have to check your order. Take a lesson from CHIC- FIL- LA they are always on order.

Waited at the drive thru for over 10 minutes- thought the speaker was broken so I pulled around and I could see inside an older lady and a teenager flinging their arms like how dare I.. I asked if I could order food for my kids and they said I would have to go back around—— why would I do that if you are not going to take my order at the speakers…do better , hire better !
Place was nasty. Trash on floor . Trash cans over flowing with trash. I order my wings with very light sauce and they always come out over flowing with sauce. I can't eat them like that. I either take them back or waste alot of paper towels wiping sauce off
So good when your order is right and the food is fresh! They never toast the bread anymore just buttered bread and I don't like that😏
