Beyond Atrocious Customer service! This is coming from someone who does expect alot from fast food customer service, but come on. I walk in two workers look at me as if I am E.T. one reluctantly drags themselves over to the register to take my order thereafter my entire existence was a severe inconvenience to them simply telling me my food was ready was akin to a root canal without anesthesia. They certainly will not have me bothering them again. I bet vultures get better customer service from dead carcasses.

Ordered zaxbys delivery and they didn’t even remember to put the chicken in the tray on my wings and things meal. Around once or twice a year I get a big zaxbys craving and give this location another shot. Every time they let me down! Stay away!

Everything was good there except one of the workers Oscar throwing a door dash order at my wife and playing on his phone his work ethic is shit if that would of been me he did it to I’d be somewhere else other than writing this review on him he is bad for this store bc the rest of the staff there is great

Never got my food. Apparently Zaxbys fills orders from online first. That's what I was told from the employees. Rule #1: take care of the customer standing in front of you first. After 20 mins the cashier hands me cookies that I ordered. I threw them away. I would like a refund. For fear of having my food spit on, I can't eat there. Terrible experience. No apologies necessary. That's who you are!
