Check your BAG. MY husband came home order the family meal. Gave us nothing but Ranch dressing. Asked for Zac sauce. They said we could come and pick up our sauce but when you live in a whole different county that is not a option!

I really hate giving bad reviews, but y'all earned this one. Working in restaurants for a great majority of my life, I realize that Friday nights are busy. But when you leave 11 patrons standing and watching order after order be carried out to curbside and drive thru for 30 minutes, that is unacceptable. Just because we decided to come inside doesn't make us any less of a customer. 2 kids meals and a #3 shouldn't take 25 minutes even if drive thru is backed up. The 9 employees in the kitchen shouldn't have time to stand around and tell jokes. Your drive thru guy should keep his opinion to himself when a customer at the front counter asks why it takes 25 minutes to get a simple order. The lady behind me order FRIES AND TOAST. She waited patiently for 35 minutes. When I finally got my order, it was thrown together with the saddest tenders and wings you could imagine. You should've been ashamed to serve anyone that meal. Do better.

I waited for 2 minutes at the speaker. To be greeted with can I help you!Then told her I'd be scanning my app she said they do that at the window.Then I get 2 egg rolls that were put back in the grease to heat up. I know because I've had to stop employees from doing so before.They are maybe 3 on taste. If I wasn't hungry I'd throw them out.Powdery crumbs falling off everywhere! Do better!Zaxbys as a whole brand do better so many of your locations are sub-par!

Retraining may be needed. This was the 3rd time of not getting what I paid for (extra sauce) and the last time. To make it worse, they couldn't even be bothered to include the free sauce with the strips meal.

Went here this weekend and ordered 2 wings and things with traditional wings. Got all the way home, and it was no traditional wings. It was boneless chicken instead. Called and spoke with Frank, the manager, so he said he was very rude. He told me to bring the food back along with the receipt to the store, and he would switch them to traditional wings. Had I mentioned we had done made it home, it was supper cold outside, and we stayed 30 minutes away, and it wasn't our fault. We asked for a corporate number, and he refused to give it to us. And said that they would tell him he did the right thing. This is bad customer service. BEWARE or proceeds with caution of this, so he says Manager Frank at Commerce.We spoke to corporate and his manager, and they made it right. So I will change the ratings to a 5 instead of a 1. Thank you, upper management ( Corporate and Hailey), for your great customer service!
