The package of my food was inside out, fries were old and terrible, my boyfriend wanted a bacon brisket sandwich and got no bacon, on top of the fact we got a dr pepper that tasted like carbonated water. Absolutely terrible.

I received the wrong order. (We all make mistakes) When I called the manager after I got home. She was super nice and credited me with a free meal that was more than generous. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very pleasant. The food was fresh and very tasty. Such an improvement over the previous staff.

This Cornelia,GA Arby's rarely has any turnovers. Sorry we don't have any turnovers. They are really good. Wish you could figure out a way to have them gor sale. Today at 6pm the girl said they were out for the day. I asked why don't yall make some more??? She said "we are always out, people complain all the time." I told her go let the manager know, she said we have. Last week when I came in the were out of ROAST BEEF. Said it would be 45 min before they had more??..??? WHEN I questioned them complaining about not having turnovers, the 2 main girls rolled their eyes like I was being rediculous. It's ur restaurant, you tell me.

An update: after doing as Arby's requested and filling out their form detailing what happened, they were nice enough to send me two coupons for a free sandwich. From my calculations, these two coupons are still $5 short of what I paid for this meal.Original review: Overpriced and cruddy food. If I'm paying $13 for a wrap, try to make it correctly and worth what I'm spending on it. Rotten greens don't fit in that.

Love Arby’s but man they are expensive for a reason but when I order a large meal I expect a large meal guy at the window acted like it was his first day I repeated my order 3 separate times just for me to get a medium drink and a “large fry” when the damn box was half full pay 15$ to get 8$ worth of food. Food was good service was not I go like twice a month and this happens everytime figured I’d speak about it

My suggestion is just don't bother trying the good burger. I ate a couple of bites to realize it was rare in side not even fully warm very unsafe to eat. Not to mention they didn't have any good burger sauce and the fries cold so Just stick to roast beef it's safer.
