Talk about completely messing an order up and charging almost 60 dollars for a meal and can’t even get the full order filled and on top of that they can’t get the order correct maybe if they would get rid of that stupid ai to take orders peoples order would be right and let’s talk about the staff absolutely rude and disrespectful that is not tolerated in any business whatsoever so ever so with that being said I will be calling corporate over this matter

I've only ate there 2 times the first time was delicious because the chicken tenders were hot and cooked fresh. The 2nd time I ate there was awful the chicken biscuit fries tasted like it was 2 or 3 days old. I paid almost 14 bucks for a 5 piece chicken tenders fries biscuit was not even fit to eat. I don't know if they changed there chicken or what. They are so many chicken places one right after another in Cornelia ga. I'd suggest you changing it from a Bojangels to a Steak and Shake if you want to be in business and stay profitable!!!!!!

As I was traveling, I approached the store cautiously because of the number of cars in the parking lot and drive thru was excessive. I could not wait a long time. However, my order was taken shortly after arriving. The wait for my order was reasonable. The store was properly staffed and the staff was working diligently. I left impressed with this Bojangles service, and the food was great.

Four stars because my order of borounds wasn't received, even though we were instructed to pull up and wait five minutes for fresh borounds. Didn't realize until we got home that we were missing one of our sides that we had waited for. Disappointing, but all of the food that we did receive was correct, and delicious. We got a family pack eight piece, and everything we did receive was hot and fresh. Sweet tea was delicious. Family pack are discounted after 5pm so we felt that even with the missing item, we got a pretty good deal. Staff is friendly as well.
