I ordered the new Sponge Bob meal today. This promotion is very new. First thing I dealt with is that they had no pineapple frozen drink available. My crabby patty had to be taken back 2 times because of no cheese on the burger. By the time I got my food, the party I was with was half way through their meal. Total disaster for my birthday lunch.

Me and my wife have eaten in the Bugar king in Corneila Ga. Lots of times but this afternoon was the coldest inside the restaurant I have ever saw. Someone needs to address this issue please it was terrible cold had to set with very heavy coats on to eat and shiver.

This morning was honestly embarrassing. We ordered a single breakfast sandwich with the free cini-minis and had to wait over 30+ minutes in line just to get lukewarm food. They weren’t very busy either. This place has went downhill over the last two years and honestly if I could give them 0 stars, I would. Do better.

Today while ordering I spoke to this younger female with glasses looks kinda Asian or so around 5'2 maybe but she was very rude n very disrespectful told me that she would do something to me physical that would make me call the police. If you was to review video you'll see exact threat n disrespect. Thanks please take a look.i should have definitely called the police no need to threaten paying customers!? Was very weird.
My husband and I ran in to grab a quick sandwich. The food was fresh, served quickly and the staff was awesome.
