We visited here while Cleveland's location is under construction. A clean restaurant with a nice play area for my kiddo. The service was fast and with a smile of course! Our food was good. Would visit again if I was in the area.

Possibly the best Chick-fil-A I've ever been at. The owner really takes pride in this place. The Christmas decorations around the restaurant is beautiful. The staff is super friendly.
The restaurant is fantastic and they crews are very polite and well presented. The food is always great! There is NEVER anyone in the mobile app line!!!!!!! It's a waste of resources! I complain every visit and it's COMPLETELY IGNORED by magament. Get rid of the line and serve twice the customers!!!! It's very frustrating sitting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and watching one to two persons break in line bc of the mobile app....
Parking: Same issue at other locations. You sit in a LONG line and watch one to two people break in line bc they are "special" with their mobile app. Every customer should be treated the same, and be of equal value to the company.

I can deal with just about anything these days but I can't deal with this obvious fake act, it is really distasteful and insulting to a customer..... Thank you
