Waited 17 mins for our order. There was no one eating inside. Saw 2 cars in the drive threw the whole time we were there. Staff just stands around doing nothing. On top of all that we had to bring my wife's burger back to the counter after waiting 17 mins for it and have them put the chili on it that we already paid for. Will not return. Use to be a great place to eat with fast service and friendly staff. It is no longer that way. I would go to clarkesville DQ if I were you

The GM allows her toddlers to run around willy nilly in the lobby and disturb the peaceful environment of the customers so well as make messes that do not get cleaned up, not very professional. Majority of the staff are on their phones and not working, nepotism and mismanagement runs this DQ. I would give zero stars if I could!

today i got a chicken basket it comes with to have peices of bread i got one torn in half half peice and then a small triangle peice that was clearly too small being only 1/3rd the size of the other peice, this peice is cut not torn, what did they do with the extra bread why couldnt i have my two half peices of bread it ain that hard i understand forgetting things but really? Someone intentianly cut it this way then looked at it and said perfect let me send it out, r u fr? Wtf never had issues before but this was really annnoying.

At the window, the employee gave us attitude and not a complete order. My family wasn’t even rude, and the employee gave us attitude
It was okay. Definitely need to hire more help. 1 lady does it all.

this place has gone down hill so so much .every now and again the breakfast is ok but most of the time it is not fit to eat
