I placed a delivery order at 3:50pm and was told it would take 45-60 minutes for the order to be delivered. At 5:35pm, and hour and 45 minutes later, I called the store to check on my food. I was told my address was no longer in their delivery area although they had delivered to me multiple times this year. My location is within 6 miles of their store. They said I could come pick it up myself or do without, and then hung up the phone before I could respond. NOT SATISFIED
My sister ordered for us from this Dominos tonight. She was trying to add a coupon and order the 19.99 deal. When the driver arrived, he only dropped off two medium pizzas. She paid nearly $36 after delivery for two medium pizzas, something that would have cost less than $20 if a coupon had been applied. She was expecting the two pizzas along with bread, cinistix, and a drink (which would have been around $36 after the delivery fee), but the coupon hadn't been added correctly....read full review
