Would rather go out of my way then come here. They kept forgetting to put espresso in my drinks. I called and they said it was there machine. A month later and it’s apparently still not fixed. Drinks always taste awful. When I told the lady at the window it was not correct, she stated she knew how to make coffee. I always get attitude in the window besides one gentleman who’s there in the evenings. I have given them chance after chance to maybe coach their staff or bring attention to several people complaining about the inconsistency in their coffee, but they do not care enough to fix it I assume.

We stopped here to get donuts and coffee. The girl was acting like we were putting her out. We asked for half and half. She said they were out. I asked for half cream and half milk. She wasn't willing to mix the cream and milk. Was a Very unhappy girl. So, we left. We did notice no one was there at the time. Hopefully, she was having a bad day. But, that was not a nice thing to do to your customers.

I placed a mobile order, as I always do. I had to wait in line as it was somewhat busy, no problem. I get to the window and the not so friendly cashier gave me my coffees and then closed the window. I had also ordered food and so I waited for her to come back. She then asked me what else I ordered. She gave me my donuts and told me to pull to mobile parking for the rest of my order. The rest of my order was only two wake up wraps and ONE croissant! I pulled around waited for 5+ minutes no one ever came out to my car. I went inside and was ignored for another few minutes before someone finally came over and asked my name. Then proceeded to look around and obviously it wasn’t made so I had to wait another 5 minutes for them to make the food. Waiting to make the food is fine but when I place a mobile order and other people are coming through the drive through and getting their food immediately while I’m still waiting for three simple items, that is very frustrating. Not to mention none of the staff was friendly AT ALL and acted like I was a bother to them. They all had attitudes and not one friendly person! I go here a lot and spend a lot of money, but no longer!

On hot days those refreshers hit the the spot. On days when I feel run down a dunkalatte will pep me back up!

I travel through Cornelia on a daily basis, and I feel like out of all the surrounding Dunkin’s, this one is the most consistent in how they make their coffee’s. I’ve tried the one in Dawson, both in dahlonega, Cleveland, and Demorest, and none of them are ever the same. They’ll be good one day, but then the next day it’ll be a waste of money. But it seems this location is always on top of it. People are always friendly ect.
