I travel through Cornelia on a daily basis, and I feel like out of all the surrounding Dunkin’s, this one is the most consistent in how they make their coffee’s. I’ve tried the one in Dawson, both in dahlonega, Cleveland, and Demorest, and none of them are ever the same. They’ll be good one day, but then the next day it’ll be a waste of money. But it seems this location is always on top of it. People are always friendly ect.

Four to five times now I've been through the drive-thru, and all of those times - there has been something wrong with the delivery of the food through the window. Either there's chocolate glaze (from a donut) all over my coffee cup- or the chocolate glaze from the donut is all over the inside of the bag- or the boston creme donut is UPSIDE down with the glaze everywhere (and melted)- or the everything bagel bites are freezing cold- or the three bacon egg and cheese wraps (for three separate people) are thrown into this TINY bag and they're all destroyed...egg of one is at the bottom of the bag! I could go on...I just think that if I'm spending upward of $30...the presentation/delivery of the food should be A LOT better!!!! Very disappointed in this Dunkin - kinda sucks, too -as I was excited to finally get one.

So for the past three Saturdays, apparently their frozen coffee machine was down. It’s funny because on Sundays it’s magically working again. It makes me think that for some reason they don’t want to sell it on Saturdays. Weird.

I went through the drive thru on a Monday around 1:30 pm and ordered the brisket loaded hashbrowns and what a waste of $ the cost was 4 or 5$ for hardly nothing and to still be hungry! They had me pull in to mobile parking to wait for my order that consisted of just the 1 item and I had to wait close to 5 minutes it was skimpy, l think it had maybe 4 smooshed hash browns that filled a quarter of the cup! nasty, and cold!! So what did I wait for?? On the plus side the lady working the drive thru was very kind….
Finally decided to try Dunkin. Stopped by in the early evening for some doughnuts. Not much of a selection. Terrible doughnuts. Terrible service from mumbling teenagers. I've had better from Quick trip, Racetrac, even the local grocery store. Must be the coffee people go here for.

Very friendly workers but the last three times I’ve been there the drinks have been very inconsistent. I ordered a cold brew coffee with a sweet tea and chorizo wrap. The past three times, the wrap was blistering hot on the outside but two bites in the middle is ice cold. The coffee is all over the place it’s really never the same each time. The sweet tea has been terrible; as if they never added sugar or I was given unsweetened tea. I hate to pay for something that I’m not going to enjoy.
