Being from out of town my wife and I were searching for a place to order carryout and Tripadvisor listed El Patron as close to our travel lodgings. I read the reviews as well as the menu and decided to place an order. The woman answering the phone was pleasant and English was her first language. I went to pick up our order and when paying the price was nearly $10 greater than the prices listed on Tripadvisor. When I inquired why, I was told the management doesnt maintain any prices on websites and the prices are as is, take it or leave it. Now, ten dollars is not going to break the bank, however it is the principal of the matter of false advertising at the least. Being hungry I paid the price but everyone needs to be aware and thus is why I am telling you this story. I will also say that the food tasted decent but gave us both lengthy stays in the restroom on the throne. Obviously lots of fat was used in the food calling into question the foods quality in general. With these things in mind, choose carefully, I would not recommend this restaurant especially given that there are many alternatives in the area. I wish I had taken more time to look elsewhere. Got the Steak Supreme Burrito and three tacos (chicken, fish & shrimp). The best authentic Mexican food I had outside of Mexico…. Can’t wait to try everything else on the menu. Not only was the food great but also were the owners/workers!!!Parking: Plenty of parking
