If you are looking for a place to exercise, have a delicious and healthy meal or snack and a supportive group of women who encourage you to meet your goals, then you have found it!!! The exercise classes are super fun, and you will get a great workout. They offer a variety of healthy shakes, crepes, waffles, teas and snacks. I have been attending the exercise classes since January 2022 and I have lost 50+ pounds!! Give this place a try, you will not regret it!!!

Just happen to see this place, next to The Store, and decided to try one of their energizing teas... and needless to say my wife and I shared a Pina colada and for 8$ "1-13-23 " rate definitely worth the money

Parking: Parking lot is shared with "The Store Cornelia" which gets and stays busy

Wheelchair accessibility: Flat area in parking ,, maybe 1 step up, can't remember if it's sloped or not

If you're a cucumber & watermelon lover then "Mexican Lollipop" (energy tea) is for youI have also tried (the choco monkey shake & it's delicious as well)Great customer service?-?(kiwi-limon digestive drink)?
