My husband and I have some wonderful memories of good times at Fender's. However, yesterday my husband went in to wait for me to join him -- he was on his bike and I was 20 minutes behind him in my car. Your employee was rude to him, then let him sit at the bar and ignored him for 15 minutes while she sat people at tables, got their drinks and took their food orders. He told me it was obvious something had happened recently because there was a sign posted about harassing or intimidating employees. Whatever happened to cause the sign to be posted, I'm sorry. No one should behave in a way that makes people feel unsafe on their job. However, all my husband did was walk in the door and ask when the Alley next door would be opening. This evidently harassed and intimidated the girl. If she's too triggered by being asked simple questions, or is triggered by men, perhaps she shouldn't be asked to work the restaurant floor by herself. I would naturally assume your regular clientelle includes men .... Needless to say, he left, we found someplace else to meet up, and we won't be back.

GROSSLY OVERCHARGED. I ordered their s’mores brownie tower ($12), a Sprite ($3.50), and a soda water. The total came out to be: $22 (plus a $2 gratuity fee). The service was adequate, and the environment was good. Definitely will not be going back.

Taylor and Anna are AMAZING! Great customer service and the best southern hospitality! Highly recommend!!
Decided to eat outside...were over run by flys. Maybe some sort of flying insect control (I mean, I know we were outside...but, there are ways). Service waz okay, a little more attention could been given (considering we were the only people outside for nearly our whole meal). The BLT and Salad (added avo and egg to the sammich) was amazing. Loved the salad, fresh and crisp and loaded with cukes and materz. Fried broccoli with queso was good, too. Loved the 'boozy milkshake' (white Russian).

Really cool diner! Good food for a diner but the experience is EVERYTHING! We had a lot of fun at this place, I had the Fender Melt and the Buffalo Wrap, I’d recommend the Fender Melt and their burger, their cheese fries were awesome. Great place to go for some good food and atmosphere. The service was awesome!
