This place should shut its doors. Got 2 chicken sandwiches and they were burnt. It was around 1:30 pm. Called them and they told me it must have been the chicken from Breakfast. They didn't even offer to replace my order. I will not ever go back to this Hardee's ever again.

Burnt overcooked chickened, complained and asked for something else. Zero empathy and received the same thing. I would have preferred a substitution which I asked for and did not receive or just a refund. Lobby doors were locked could not enter building to discus anything.

I trie d to always go in. But I tried the doors were locked. As the worker sat on top of the counter. I went back to the car threw drive thru. Hand the food and took off like she was going back on the counter. So I honked so I can get some sauce for the chicken. It blows my mind. She does not care about her jib a little bit.
