Ordered 3 piece meal. Got home with it. 2 thighs and a leg. Why no breast?? Absolutely NOT EDIBLE! Mushy texture of the chicken and the breading tasted like unseasonably raw flour!! Unbelievable! I threw it straight into the trash and ate a peanut butter sandwich. Smdh! They on their way out with this pig slop!

Equavius Huff took my order and I was delightfully pleased with not only his knowledgeable info regarding the food selection, but he was a refreshing difference from what I had experienced elsewhere. please show appreciation for this employee if you want your restaurant to flourish! Go Mr Huff!

On Sunday @8 pm July 27 2025 I have made an order over my door dash app for a chicken pot pie and drink. The app notified me when it was ready for me to pick it up. So I drove over and walked into KFC in Cornelia Georgia to receive my order when a Rude woman yelled we are not going to take your order because we are to back up I looked at the front lobby and they had only two people eating and I noticed the drive through was only 2 cars. I said Ma’am, it’s only a chicken pot pie and I’ve already paid for it over DoorDash app Sent me notification to drive out here and pick it up. What’s the problem? You don’t appear to be busy at all. She very rudely huffed under her breath and stomped off. As she said well, you’ll get it when you get it. Most definitely will be taking this up with the owner of this KFC in Cornelia Georgia.

I ordered a mobile deal that’s going on right now 8 piece bucket for free if you spend $15.00 dollars. I got shorted 2 pieces of chicken. I tried to call saying I was going to come back no one answered. I’ve had problems before but I’m really mad. I bought tiny sides for $15.00 dollars for an 8 an PIECE bucket for lunch for my husband and didn’t get it. I will always and recommend counting your chicken bucket from here BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

Also super inconvenient for a fast food restaurant not having a changing table aswell.

Horrible horrible service we did report them because it’s ridiculous how they can’t do their jobs right, twice in a week is ridiculous having to pay for a meal that isn’t even complete and not putting the right food as requested, I’ve also noticed they wouldn’t answer my husbands calls because he had complained about this the week before same situation, but they answered me right away which makes it seem like they did not want to speak to him which is not his fault why they’ve messed up so many times but also when I called them they they either hung up on me or ignored me.

Went through drive thru to order and the cashier since the moment I started ordering was being extremely rude, I let it go since she was saying she couldn’t hear me, when I went to the window she was unfriendly and had an attitude, she took a long time to give me my order and even though I told her multiple times I wanted to swap an item she still charged me extra and gave me the item I did not want. I saw my receipt and the cashier is Ashley. Once my food was handed to me she slammed the window. Do better KFC of Cornelia with your customer service.

Came from toccoa where the KFC is at that is nasty, service poor and food no good. The one in Cornellia was clean, nice employees and good food. My mom who wanted KFC so she was very happy and said it was very delicious.

It’s one thing that you hire employees that don’t know how to read to get an order right but to have those same employees take a biscuit and smash it up and throw it in the box just because they made the mistake is ridiculous! I have never been to this location that they didn’t screw my order up. This is why I won’t be back oh, and forget about contacting the manager by phone. They don’t answer it! Let’s not forget about the time they didn’t have any chicken at this location LMAO! WTH!

I went through drive thru and ordered the chicken and waffle combo. Aside from the fact that it was supposed to come with a side that was listed on the menu board, which I inquired about, and didn’t receive, I got the saddest chicken tenders known to mankind. I wasn’t going to go into the restaurant but I did call the restaurant to speak to the manager. Ashley was rude, initially didn’t want to give me her name, acted like it was inconvenient to answer my questions. The last time I went in there, several months ago, they told me they didn’t have time to take my order and to go eat somewhere else. I don’t want anyone else to be treated as dismally as I was. So, if you’re thinking of eating there, save yourself the hassle and do go somewhere else. We all work too hard to make money to be ripped off.
