We spent $54 and only got half of our food. No one will answer their phone. The person at the window was too high to do his job. Had to wait an extra 10 minutes to get the drink that went with the meal.

We are always told to call ahead when we want a special order and WHENEVER we do they never answer drove by today and was told the phone was dead… so your phone is always dead? What’s the point of telling people to call if you don’t “charge” your phone Jesus Christ get with the times…

Drive thru only!! Doors are locked tight and they will not serve you inside. Was told that I couldn't come in to order. If my wife didn't want mashed potatoes & gravy I would've gone elsewhere!!!

Ordered on the app 3 chicken sandwiches. You could not eat them they were cold and dry. Took the food back to KFC and was told they had no more chicken for sandwiches and they could not refund the money because we ordered on the app. Go to the app and they only want to reimburse for 1. Excuse me. We paid for 3!

Update: Daniel called today and apologized and gave us a full refund. Thank you Daniel.

Everything was horrible I placed a mobile order at 11:50 which was supposed to be ready at 12:05, I arrived at 12:15 and then waited until 1pm before finally getting my order!! I was told I would receive 4 free biscuits to apologize for the inconvenience but instead I received 4 burnt biscuits! And to top it off I came back later in the day to speak with management about my frustration and instead of replacing my biscuits like I asked for she just offered a free 2pc meal for the future… I paid $40 for my meal and the only thing you’re offering me for spending an hour waiting for that is a $5 meal! Just ridiculous and I will never be back here!!! I literally come here once a week for the past year and that ends now with how bad this place has gone downhill!!! Do better!!!!!!!!

2nd time I've ordered on the app at this location and once again a huge fail. Gave them a day notice to get the order ready for Father's day at 11:45am. Arrives to pick it up at 11:46am- the libby was locked and I was instructed to go through the drive thru. There were 5 cars all sitting there for 30 mins. I got my food at 12:24pm. Which made me late to the family dinner with cold chicken. Part of the order was a 12 pc bucket which only had legs, wings and 2 thighs and I did not order all dark meat. We all know wings aren't even 2 bites but there were 3 wings. This is easily one of the worst ran fast-food establishments in Habersham. The 1st time I ordered on the app they told me they didn't even check for those orders and I had to wait for my order to be started all over.
