Equavius Huff took my order and I was delightfully pleased with not only his knowledgeable info regarding the food selection, but he was a refreshing difference from what I had experienced elsewhere. please show appreciation for this employee if you want your restaurant to flourish! Go Mr Huff!

I went through drive thru and ordered the chicken and waffle combo. Aside from the fact that it was supposed to come with a side that was listed on the menu board, which I inquired about, and didn’t receive, I got the saddest chicken tenders known to mankind. I wasn’t going to go into the restaurant but I did call the restaurant to speak to the manager. Ashley was rude, initially didn’t want to give me her name, acted like it was inconvenient to answer my questions. The last time I went in there, several months ago, they told me they didn’t have time to take my order and to go eat somewhere else. I don’t want anyone else to be treated as dismally as I was. So, if you’re thinking of eating there, save yourself the hassle and do go somewhere else. We all work too hard to make money to be ripped off.

Put an order in through the app around 2pm and set it for a 5:30pm pick up. My son arrived to find about 3 customers waiting. He patiently waited for the food for about 30 minutes before I called the store to find out what was going on, because the app said my order was ready. Manager said she would get right on it. My son heard the employees laugh at her when she talked to them. My son had to wait another 30 minutes before anyone started picking up the initiative to get the order done. It was not a small order which is why I timed it out. My son saw at least 12 customers get their food and leave before him in the hour of waiting time.

We spent $54 and only got half of our food. No one will answer their phone. The person at the window was too high to do his job. Had to wait an extra 10 minutes to get the drink that went with the meal.
Bathrooms made my meal very unappetizing. They smelled and were dirty.

We are always told to call ahead when we want a special order and WHENEVER we do they never answer drove by today and was told the phone was dead… so your phone is always dead? What’s the point of telling people to call if you don’t “charge” your phone Jesus Christ get with the times…
