Over an hour from the time we ordered pizza we finally got notified it was out for delivery. Upon their arrival I met them in our driveway to grab the food but when I walked inside my partner immediately told we ordered & paid for 2 pizzas + a party pack of crazy puffsā¦ and I only had been given one pizza and one tiny box. I instantly tried calling the delivery driver and got no response. So I called Lil Caesarās to explain we were missing over half of our orderā¦then the a worker tells me that he sees our remaining items. . .
So I asked to please speak to the āmanager.ā This āmanagerā immediately had a very nasty attitude, continuously interrupted my questions, spoke over me; was arrogant, demonstrated a very poor work ethic especially for a āmanagerā Throughout the āmanagerāsā blame game and lack of honest communication I remained calm, polite and respectful. This āmanagerā told me he couldnāt and wouldnāt help me in anyway because it was the delivery persons faultā¦ That āmanagerā did nothing but project blame to someone else. After the disrespectful, unprofessional and non beneficial āmanagerā bashed delivery drivers calling them āthievesā I contacted the delivery company myself and thankfully they were extremely beneficial, speedy and friendly! They assisted me so quickly, easily and efficiently with getting the situation under control and my refund from Lil Caesarās. Shout out the delivery people and their team for outstanding service and support!
