My husband made a mobile order today so I went to pick it up stood at the counter for a while before any one ask if I can help you I waited patiently I finally got my pizza I thought didn't think to check it I got all the way home and found out they gave us two boxes of cheesy bread my husband called and talked to a young boy His Name was Jeff he was nasty on the phone when we ask him if he was going to make it right he told us they didn't give out charity we already got a discount we went back and he was really nasty again we ask to speak to a manager he said your talking to him and laughing in our face I pray he's not the manager of this store we will never go there again.

I was in there today around lunch only customer there. Didn't see anyone for several minutes then a woman came to the counter. I told her what I wanted she said she needed to get someone else. A younger girl came up I ask her about the special they are advertising she didn't know anything about it. Then I saw it on their menu and ask about the price she then said the advertisement was on line only. So I ended up ordering one speciality pizza and one two toppings. The onions on the two toppings were hudge chunks half cooked. The young lady seemed to have an attitude like she hates her job. Won't be going back to that location. Guess there is a reason they were empty at lunch.

was really looking. forward to lunch with my grand today .went inside to dine in restaurant was noticeably warm and it's almost end of june.We sat down waited about 5 minutes no one came to the table to say we will be with you in a minute or can we get your drinks nothing nada.So we just proceeded to leave and as we were leaving someone rudely said have a nice day !!!I was shocked because the last time we were there about a year ago staff was on point with customer service.Today was a rude staff and felt very hostile.

The workers on May 24th did not acknowledge me. They saw me at the counter, but did not help me. I was the only customer. They were making and getting pizzas ready for delivery. One young guy started to come my way but the guy doing pizzas told him to stay at his position to get ready to deliver when the person doing deliveries got back ! They never spoke to me. I do not know who these young people were. I am both an older person and use a cane. I was not there for pizza. Had they bothered to ask, I wanted a family salad. Something simple. I will not go back. I know there food has a history of being good, but this time, no one took my order or spoke with me !

I’d leave a zero if I could my wife and I found hair in our pizza and not just one slice it was in multiple slices. It’s disgusting.

We ordered from Marco's in Cornelia GA a few times in the past, we had had issues in the past with some food being incorrect, but the were quick to apologize and replace what was wrong. I have to say, they have improved... Tonight we had amazon dinner. Ordred a few Pizza's, Calzone, and my daughter loves the cheesy bread with no cheese, she said it was prefect!!! Thank you for your prompt and amazing product. We all enjoyed dinner.
Two pizzas made by Alex. Very hard to impress me. My pizzas were spot on and Very delicious. Kudos to Marcos pizza in cornelia. Best pizza I've had in a long time!!!!!!

A long time customer because it's the real deal. The Dough is made fresh and you can tell if dough is fresh. This establishment has brought back authentic pizza. I especially love hand crafted dough. Next the sauce is beautiful. Afterwards those two things is fresh toppings from a refrigerator and not a freezer. Thank you very much for fresh ingredients. Thank you for fresh made dough and thank you for quality service. Will recommend for every occasion 👌

Horrible! Visited on 1-18-25.... We waited over an hour for our food & only received 2 pizzas when we were supposed to get 3 & also a sub. All of the cooks looked STONED! Horrible I will NEVER come back!! 10 out of 10 DONT RECOMMEND!!!

I ordered my delivery in the snow so I didn’t have to go out. I live down a hill that is a little sketchy in the snow, but the delivery driver, Michael walked my pizza halfway down the hill to meet me. And he was so nice and polite as wonderful customer service skills.
