It was super busy when I came in for a few things at lunch today 9/6 but they ensured that I was assisted fully and all other customers were helped as well! The gentleman working even checked for specific toys I was looking for and was able to get them for me. I appreciate all their hard work.

Don't dare try to call. No one picks up. I had a problem with my order (Mobile Order) but once at home several things were missing. Tried calling for days... Long story short, my Bank reversed the charges. I've never had any problems with this branch up until a few years ago. that's why I'm giving 3 stars. This franchise has always been top tier.
First time ever leaving a negative review of any kind. I go here often, it’s truly awful. It’s the closest thing around. You’re going to wait 30 mins, the food is probably going to be wrong. I ordered a Double QP with cheese along with the fries, drink and a McChicken. I waited for 25 mins in the drive through, eventually I went inside to ensure everything was okay ( and to hopefully apply a little pressure ). They almost immediately handed me my order, which was nice. I got out to my car and the food wasn’t entirely mine, ( gave me the wrong Double Quarter P ). I went back inside and told the innocent cashier that I would love to talk to a manager. They told me they would correct it, but that it was going to take a while. Funny enough no manager. < - I gotta think this isn’t normal. If you don’t love McDonalds, find somewhere else. The juice isn’t worth the squeeze here.

Hey Cornelia residents please try to avoid this location because there is a girl that works there who has zero respect for customers only cares about her self and was shouting at customers she was so rude and she was friendly to her community people and when I pulled up she treated me like she is a racist and she started shouting so please avoid these location AND PLEASE LET THE MANAGER GET THIS NOTE AND TAKE ACTION BECAUSE THAT IS NOT THE RIGHT WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.!

App is broken, you are not able to add cream or Splenda to your coffee order. Employees acknowledged the issue but said nothing could be done about ut. Which suggests management just doesn't care. This is super inconvenient as you have to go inside rather than use curbside.

It's a newer McDonald's or either has been remodeled.has a restaurant kinda vibe about the place. You can pre-order your meal from a touch screen station to speed things up. Service was great. Everyone new what they were doing. My friend and I may have waited 3-4 minutes for are food. MCdonalds did it again. I still miss Ronal McDonald the clown, dint see him anywhere

40 min wait in drive thru. Forgot my burritos. Had cars everywhere waiting for food in non designated area that almost cased an accident.
Ordered a Double Quarter Pounder without onions. Received with onions. Very sterotypical experience.
Never expect to get a complete order from Cornelia Mcdonalds. They sent me an entire large Dr pepper without the syrup and only gave me sauces for one of my meals. I just wanted soda after work man, a little treat, something to make me feel energized, maybe it was too much to ask for. You guys do this way too often its starting to hurt me.
I have no clue who they hire but we had to repeat the order 4 times and she still got it wrong. Then when tried to add or just out right order another order for a hamburger speratly she looked at us with just a blank stare. We gave up and moved to the last window. When asked there was told they don't take money there. ???? I use to work there. They have always had the ability to take money by using the front registers. This was a first and by no less than the two shift managers working the one window. Don't get me wrong they were very polite about it and we will be going back just hope it's a shift that knows what's happening. I know they are not given much training but that might need to be revisited for the newer generations.
Best drive through. They was kind and served us well!!
