Papa Johns Pizza

Employees were really good.

Stopped in for some pizza and walked in on what looked to be a manager verbally abusing an employee. Foul language and screaming were apart of the language this individual used . Not impressed and definitely will not be back to this location if this is how people are treated.

Always do an amazing job on pizza. Always friendly.

Fresh and fast, Papa John's satisfies. Generous toppings, fresh crust perfectly baked, and love that garlic sauce! Repeat customer!

mediocre. I have notifications on so that my order can be taken care of in a timely fashion and they still mess it up somehow! App/ text message i received said it was ready for pick up so my husband walks in and asks for our order (pretty typical right?) WRONG! they immediately tell him he’s gonna have to wait another 10 minutes because it’s not ready. why bother sending me a text/ having the pizza tracker say that my order is ready if it clearly is not???

Had 2 free medium pizza coupons come in the mail and decided to order pizza for dinner tonight. We are usuals ordering from this Papa John’s and the food was top notch tonight!! Everything in the order was delivered and within about 30 minutes of the ordered time! Keep up the great work y’all!

One of the best in town. I love how they still honor the guy who died by hanging his picture up. A big picture to lol. I didn't know him but I know hard working individual when I see one. I've been living here for 7 yrs and never experienced any issues from this place.

So I wanted an easy dinner tonight with my family. I arrived to pick up my order and was disappointed. The workers were doing their best and some had a bad attitude acting like they didn’t want to do all the orders they had. When waiting for someone to greet me I saw the worker making the pizza constantly pulling up their pants and then immediately working on more without washing their hands. The flour all over their clothes provided me enough evidence to leave so I didn’t get sick. I will pick another location for dinner and definitely skip this location if all the workers didn’t see anything wrong like i did. We all went through lockdowns and some still have no knowledge of food safety….

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Took about 40-45 minutes to arrive, but when it got here, the delivery person let us know they accidentally gave our pizza to someone else. She did apologize and was nice enough about it and had the manager in the phone and offered to give us the pizza they had (which was well done) for $6 off. I wasn’t pleased, but was ok with it. The problem is, this isn’t the first time this Papa John’s has done this to us. It’s not the second time, either. In fact, the ONLY reason we keep ordering from them is because other than Dominos, they are the only pizza place that delivers to us. Guess from now on I will order from the other pizza place.

My online order was incorrect and they refused to remake it

Went to go pick up my online order. The lady working the front counter was eating nachos. When we walked in she picked her fingers then started dealing with our boxes all while still eating her nachos. I will never step foot back in this place. Straight up gross.

Missing items with my order. Ordered garlic knots got just bread. The pizza was missing Banana peppers. Did not get our two litter. Will not be ordering on the app ever again!!!
