Everything I get my order is wrong. I order wings and never get the right sauce on them . I will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN
Waited almost 30 minutes after informed to pull up due to dropping chicken legs to cook. Ordered a large mac and cheese and got upcharged 2.00 for doing so. Go in to check on the order after being told it'd be at least 15 minutes, just to find out the forgot about us, and that mac and cheese we got upcharged for? Oh yeah, they forgot about it by the way. This wasn't even prime hours either by the way.

You would think Popeyes could thrive with a dead Hardee's and a fairly popular waffle house but they can’t even get a 4 piece tenders meal correct. I am addicted to popeyes but I every single time I have ordered here (DoorDash or in person) I have been missing item or gotten the wrong order. They will charge you for sauce but forget to put it in the bag. I truly do appreciate the gentleman that is ALWAYS working; he always double checks or fixes any issues with my order but it seems like hes the only one who cares or even clocks in. if you cannot manage this location please close it or sell it to different management.

Was there about 9:30pm and they have no fries and no chicken one of the worst location how can Popeyes not have fries this is not acceptable MANAGER AND OWNER SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS ITS A BIG FRANCHISE!!

I called and asked about blackened seasoning cause they ARE ALWAYS OUT! They said they have it I drive 30 minutes there and order 12 tenders for them, to my surprise, fried in spicy seasoning. (Which I am going to eat) I got angry when I went to simply and kindly ask why they are the wrong seasoning and he said “We were out of blackened so we used that it’s the same thing” 🤬 I literally called before leaving home and double checked when asking. It just wished he would have been honest and transparent.

Went through drive through. Manager took our order. Manager handed wrong order to us. Burnt shrimp/ fries, spicy sandwich. We actually ordered a #1 The sandwich combo. And #2 Ghost pepper chicken sandwich. Hubby took it in to exchanged for our order. It was also burnt looking and just tossed in the bag. Manager walked right back out with the other food straight to another customer. That customer asked us did we just take that back in because the manager brought it straight out to him after we handled it. Horrible practices.

While I am sure each location is going to have different reviews, my thoughts on this one is it fails to live up. If you can get there before 5pm you have a chance to get what you want from the menu, it's a slim chance, but it's there. Every time my wife and I stop by, they are out of something. If not more than one item. My most recent trip on December 5th, they were out of chicken tenders. Imagine a chicken place or if chicken. And before someone says that sometimes stores run out, I agree. However this happens quite often. If they are selling that much, I think it would help to maybe stock up. Also on this trip, the manager took her order, she paid, and got her change in cash. Directly after he began making sandwiches without washing his hands or bothering to put on gloves.
The store, in my view, needs a full employee sweep.
It might then actually see improvement.

Incompetent employees for sure. I bought a Cajun Turkey on November 12. Pick was on November 25th came by on the 27th after the store inundated me with text messages on the 26th to pick up the pre-paid Turkey.
Came on the 27th, and the store gave away my Turkey without checking any ID or verification. Example: receipt, or the card used to pay for the item?

Disappointed in this location. The fryers should remain on until closing or at the very least until about 5 mins to closing. I placed an order at 9:45PM only to be told sorry no fries. They said we're closing the FRYERS ARE TURNED OFF!!! Sooooooo at 9:45PM the fryers have been off long enough to be so cold they can't flip them back on to fry food. Wasted time, wasted gas. Drove 20 mins to get my damn fries only to be turned away. No I don't want any Mac and cheese that's likely been out all day. Highly disappointed. Why even bother staying open if that's what y'all gonna do. I showed up hungry only to leave hangry.

Like we all know you come up to the Intercome they say have I have a minute. When the parking lot is empty the only car in the line. Order my family meal 16 piece mash potatoes, fries and Mac& cheese. They said it's additional $2 more for Mac&cheese. Okay that's fine. Please make it fresh ! So we get it and it's all dried and smells funny ? just go head and change that whole crew ASAP!

When to Popeyes today to grab some red beans and rice, my favorite. I arrived at the Popeyes in Cornelia Georgia at 10 minutes to five. I when thur the drive through, the intercom comes on and say can you hold for a minute.
It m waiting, about 20 minutes has passed, so I backed up to be acknowledged again. The same thing it will be a minute. I stated that I have been here for 20 minutes already. The voice said we are short staffed, you can leave if you don’t like it. I stated that you can’t make me go anywhere, I want some beans and rice. I asked him do I need to come in as to order. He states, I don’t care what you do. So I went into Popeyes and notice that there’s four people waiting. The guy at the front line was telling the manager the he had ordered his meal 30 minutes and been standing here for an additional 20 minutes. The manager said, I don’t care , you can’t leave. I then told the manager that he has a real foul mouth to be a manager. He states I don’t care, you can leave to. The young work came from behind the line to apologize for the manager behavior. This guy shouldn’t be a manager and any food chain. If you need someone to replace his messy guy. I have someone in mind. She an asst. manager at Wendy’s in Lithia Springs, Georgia

The guy who always works the drive through is great. He's courteous and a steady employee. Give him a raise.
