We ordered on the app and got to the mobile order lane and I gave my wife's name, whose name it was under. The lady said it would be 30 minutes. THIRTY MINUTES?!?!? I asked that to make sure I heard correctly. Yes, she said, because there was only one person cooking and two people up front. We ended up waiting and it was just under 30 minutes. When the lady said it would be 30 minutes my wife looked to cancel on the app and the app would not let her because it was an ASAP order and said it would only be 5 minutes. She tried to cancel and it said because the 5 minutes had passed she could not cancel it.
Yeah we should have left and tried to figure out how to get a refund later. Our garlic butter burgers had hardly any garlic butter, my wife's didn't have onions (I asked for no onions so apparently that confused the person in the back). I ordered their Witches Brew slush. The ice cream is supposed to just be on top. Whoever made it swirled the ice cream throughout and it tasted weird because of it. There was hardly any apple taste as a result. I got a cherry limeade and paid extra for extra cherries and it had one cherry. And besides that it didn't taste quite right either. They didn't put enough cherry flavoring in it for a route 44 size. Basically it was a limeade cherry rather than a cherry limeade. This place used to be good when it first opened but it has gone downhill badly.

Complete waste of time, They can't even make tator tots or mozzarella sticks with out taking half a hour.They can't even clean with C food rating.made me argue with them to get my money back.

Been there 3 times , 2 times the was closed after 11am because the manager was late. The one time I did get food it was cold and it took awhile to get. I hope the owner sees this because you need to fire the management and start over with signs that say new management before u go out of business. There health score is 79

I always do app orders for deals. I have had countless times where i order, pick a numbered spot and have to wait FOREVER. I sat for 30 mins tonight just for a sweet tea. I finally pulled to the window and they smarted off about how it was my fault for not going to the speaker and letting them know i was there. WHAT IS THE POINT IN THE SPOTS.

Specifically told them I cannot have cheese. Told them to leave the cheese off my hamburger. Because I cannot have cheese, they still put cheese on my hamburger ,I called spoke to a female I told her what happen. They hung up the phone on me. I will not be back at this location.
Today was a day that they were challenged bc their computer system was wonky! Apologized repeatedly for any delay—which wasn’t that bad—they were super busy! Hard workers and awesome place all around!
When things go awry, I hope people use more grace than frustration.

I ordered online payed $20 for a 20 piece of buffalo chicken bites, I got there and they said there frier didn’t work and that they didn’t even get the order. Pissed me off. Real bad. Didn’t get a refund.
