Every time I order a breakfast sandwich it’s either burnt black or they forgot to add bacon.

I really have no problem with anyone else except one lady tell me about my espresso. I’m not happy about it, but good to know that she told me the price between espresso and ice latte . I Even showed my coffee picture they still can’t make it right.

Typically friendly service, but the hot drinks are inconsistent with the milk sometimes scorched from overheating. It is also the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever visited. Sitting in the line for over 30 minutes is outlandish.

Closed at 6 p.m. on a Saturday. 🤔
Also, Ingles doesn't scan your app to earn points, so.... Yeah....

Edited to add that I clicked the link on the reply and a very helpful individual credited my stars to my account. So, all's well that ends well. 💜

I've visited this location multiple times, and the service is inconsistent. On my latest visit at 11:40, the drive-thru experience was particularly disappointing. The young woman at the window was unpleasant and unapologetic when I politely pointed out my drink order was incorrect (missing cream as requested). With my baby in the car, I waited far too long—both for the initial order and the correction, which took several minutes for a simple fix. When I asked for drink stoppers, she smirked at my terminology, adding to the poor service. My car and cups were splashed from circling the lot. For $6, I expect convenience and courtesy, not entitlement. This visit fell short.
