Associates working the drive thru were VERY RUDE! I had a mobile order for drive thru and did not stop at the speaker first because I thought the speaker was for ordering which I had already done!! They treated me like it was a Federal offense!! Very unprofessional.

$4 for 2oz of extra milk?! I will not be returning to this location. After years of getting my “iced” drinks with no ice, just filled with milk, they’re now saying it’s company policy to not do that? I would think a multi billion dollar company could spare 2oz of milk like they have been. Today I asked for a decaf grande iced pumpkin spice latte with no ice, no whipped cream. They always, for years, fill it with milk. Not only did they not do that, she asked if I wanted milk on the side. Sure I said. She was going to charge me $4 for some milk?!?! That’s more than a gallon at the store. They also in fact did not give me decaf like I ordered. I am pregnant and have a heart condition that prevents me from drinking caffeine. Had I not looked at the cup to double check, I would have assumed they gave me what I asked for. Now I have to pour this $6 drink down the drain. HORRIBLE costumer service and will be telling everyone I know to not come to this location.

I love stopping in to work on my school work or just to relax for a bit. But I actually find myself leaving stressed. The music volume is usually too high, not just for studying- but even for simply articulating a thought. I think a more calm playlist, played at a much lower volume, would create a much more inviting and enjoyable atmosphere for customers. It also is typically very hot inside this location.

My husband and I enjoy visiting the Cornelia Starbucks as an occasional special treat. The staff are always friendly. I would recommend this location.

I won't be returning to this location. I always use the mobile app to order my drinks and the last three times I've placed my order, my drink has been made incorrectly. I pay EXTRA for additional shots of espresso and they are never added. Either the baristas are terrible at following simple instructions, or they just don't care. My suggestion would be to visit the Starbucks inside an Ingles or go to a different location other than Cornelia. It's a damn shame that you can't even trust your coffee be made the way you request. Spend your money elsewhere!!!

Love this location. Staff is wonderful and friendly. The coffee is always as you expect it to be and service was quick. Bathrooms were clean! Has the new egg pesto sandwich and it was good.
