Make sure they actually take your coupon, and make sure they don’t ring you up before realizing they’re out of half the stuff you want. Disgusting and not worth the money. Won’t make this mistake again

They were out of the bread I prefer , olives. They baked half my cheese on the paper had zero plastic bags. So they put my sandwich in the bottom of an oversizedIpaper bag. I will not spend another dollar in this establishment.

I’ve went to this subway for a long time now. The last few times I’ve went, they’ve had several things out, and wouldn’t tell me until after I had already started ordering. The workers did not have good customer service. The atmosphere was very hostile and tense. The food is okay, as is every subway. However, I wouldn’t go back.

It was clear that the general manager (the big hairy guy) had not been there today, the store looked great and the food was fresh! Someone please give the assistant manager a promotion! I normally don’t eat at this location due to recently having some hair on my bread , however I may start going as long as he’s not worked that day.

I’ve been debating on leaving a review on here for a little bit now and decided I need to say something. A few weeks ago I went to this location to get dinner for my husband and I, and when I tell you I have never felt more uncomfortable. The man who took my order -I believe his name was Kendall or Kenneth- was so unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. His attitude towards his customers and his staff were absolutely outrageous! And not to mention how dirty he was, I’m not sure he knows what deodorant is. Well come to find out he’s the manager?!? I don’t know who in there right mind let this man be in charge but he does not deserve it! I come to this establishment every so often and every time it’s been the sweet girl, if anyone deserves a higher position it’s her! Whoever the general manager is needs to make some changes asap and until they do I will NOT be going back.
Friday 8 August 2025 2:15PM I ordered 2 subway and I find hair in 1 subway bread I tell to one lady working there her name is tori or keneth she said to me that this not my hair may be its my manager hair because he made the bread today
But I noticed that she wear hoodie from home its lots of pets hair on her hoodie
Also i make complain and this is your mistake to not following hygiene properly
So she said you want refund i will give you refund Seriously
Money is not everything.
If i say her to eat some subway with pets hair and i give you 50$ so she eaten ?
She’s attitude like she don’t care about food hygiene and customer as well.
Same on you subway if you don’t make actions on this.

I started with a small group to compare with a group of 75 or more to feed and was cut short by the man working Monday, July 14, 2025, approximately 1:45 pm, at Habersham Hills location. He shouldn't have answered the phone to cut me short if he was working with a long line of people.

Come here sometimes and they sometimes only have one person working it looks like. I feel so bad for the workers having to do everything by themselves with no help. I worked and fast food and I know how stressful it can be. Do better. I’m sure your workers don’t get paid enough for this. This one star is for the horrible management setting there employees up to be stressed.
