Paid $40 for two people to eat and the quality is terrible. They didn't give any of the sauces, chips were stale, food portions were smaller than they usually are. Not worth the money.

Having Surcheros cater our wedding was one of the very best decisions we made. The food was out of this world—fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious (think Chipotle, but on a whole new level). But beyond the food, the service blew us away. Wayne and his team anticipated every need, kept tables spotless, refreshed the food constantly, and even handled cleanup so seamlessly that we never had to worry about a thing.
Wayne and his lovely wife went above and beyond in every way, and working with them was truly a joy. They didn’t just cater our wedding—they cared for us and our guests like family. I honestly think of them as friends now, and I cannot recommend Wayne and Surcheros enough to anyone looking for not only incredible Tex-Mex food but also service that shines with excellence and heart.

When arrived not a hello/ or answer from anyone behind the counter, was ignored for 3 mins not exaggerating. First guy made my burrito and then walked off the started cleaning the grill. 5 mins later another other employee came to ask what I wanted on the burrito and passed it down, then he pulls out his phone. Another customer patiently waiting on her order, (ever-since I got there/still didn’t have her order.) Stood down at the end of the counter for another 7-10 mins before I asked the customer beside me is this normal? When the customer asked the cashier about where’s her order everyone behind the counter was puzzled. Only one car at the window and the lady customer and I at the front. Cashier said “Sorry it’s always like this, I dont know”. Told her “I’m not trying to be rude but 20 mins for a burrito is ridiculous”. Was going to eat inside and get my meal but settled for just the burrito. Horrible service, alienated minds. One person can do four employees jobs (tonight) with the right work ethic. Need to reevaluate new crew members, and someone who can handle shift leading skills. Please teach your employees to be friendly to customers and you’ll see a world of difference in business/ profits. This isn’t cutting it. I’m out and never will return.

The food was fresh, delicious and at a great price. Zach was courteous, friendly and very helpful and is definitely an asset to the company . My husband and I met the manager Wayne and were impressed how hardworking, knowledgeable, professional and caring of his employees. We definitely recommend to visit.

The new (?) manager has turned it around! In the past, the food at Surcheros has always been amazing.. but the service and atmosphere has lacked a little. He has gotten it on track! The restaurant is clean, the employees are kind, the music is not too loud- and you can tell he cares about every aspect of the restaurant experience. And- he helps his staff! I will be visiting more frequently!
I've tried this place and I really wanted to like it. First time was okay, nothing outstanding. 2nd time was just before closing and my burrito tasted like cleaner. I called and was told that's not possible. 3rd time was on Saturday right at opening (I sat in car for 15minues for them to open). I was their 2nd customer of the day. Every counter looked like a dirty rag was used. I mean from were they pepare food, register to the side station. Disgusting. Nope. Will not be going back. Too expensive to get food that has caused stomach issues and attitude.

My parents, sister, and I went to Surcheros’s on Friday. We had a great experience from the moment we walked up to the line! I noticed on his name tag that a man by the name of Zach Keith started that experience for us. He was so pleasant and patient as we made our decisions. Then the ladies throughout the line took great care of us and finishing with the lady at the register. The food was delicious, but the employees made it even better. Thank you, Surcheros, for a great night!
