Unless you're a drive-thru customer, you're better off getting your food at the Clarkesville Taco Bell. After making my order on the kiosk and waiting at the register for 15 minutes to pay in cash and having no one come up, I was done. I've gotten my food at the Clarkesville location in less time than I was simply waiting at this location. Life's too short.

TacoBell in Cornelia is the best one. Service is great and food was all correct and I even saw the manager double checking all the customized items. I was very impressed because ppl don't usually care. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Menu has completely changed since my last visit months ago. All my favorites are gone. What I got wasn't very good. The folks in the lobby waited a long time as the kitchen's energy was focused on filling drive through orders. Don't plan to go there again.

Just got food from here (at 12:50ish a.m.) because I work 3rd shift and they are the only place open but I want to give appreciation to Darrie (says on the receipt) who I believe was the cashier and at the window i believe,he was very kind and definitely gave a great vibe right away :).

This has got to be the worst establishment in Cornelia, GA. They are always slow, can't complete orders in timely manner, the staff is rude and will cuss at the customer's if they ask how much longer. The facility is nasty. The managers aren't professional and refuses to help the teens working. They'll just stand back and yell at them.

The people that work here where very rude and kept messing up our order and it took a lot long then I should have taken to get our food ready.
This specific location is either really slow or turns you down when you go in to eat. Seems like the lobby is always a hit and miss. But with a 30 minute wait time you're better off going literally anywhere else. Half of the time, the tacos are over loaded with lettuce or falling apart and that's even in when you have the "pleasure" of sitting down inside to eat, but as mentioned is only sometimes.
CORNELIA T.B. IS GREAT.... CLARKESVILLE I'm upset with. I ordered a Chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito, and I asked the lady, is it spicy? Is it hot? I do not know what chipotle is is it hot or spicy or anything like that im on medication that makes my mouth and tongue sensitive to anything with just a little bit of spice I can't have it she told me there was nothing about it that was hot or spicy. I asked again when I picked it up at the window, and I got the same answer. Guess what??? She lied!!! It burned my mouth up it took almost an hour to get a little relief. I live in Cornelia, not clarkesville, so I called, and the manager said she probably misunderstood me or to her it wasn't spicy. I called back the next day and talked to the person in charge they said there's nothing they can do. So I took it back to them that afternoon, I go to clarkesville because my pharmacy is in clarkesville, so I took it back, and they would do anything about it. Wouldn't give me my money back, wouldn't make me a new one with NO chipotle sauce on it, wouldn't even say I'm (they're) sorry. I'm not a hard person to please. It's a $2 burrito, that's all. But I love the ones in Cornelia. I wouldn't trade them for anything. Keep up the great work.
