Went through the drive through just a few minutes ago and ordered two kids meals and two other meals, all of our food was cold. Everything! I feel like that's literally stealing to take my money and give me gross old food. Won't be returning and hope no one else does. Don't waste your money. Sad, because just 3 months ago I ate here at lunch and everything was hot. It was about 4:00 p.m. when I went through the drive-thru and we were not the only car in the Drive-Thru so I imagine everyone else's fries were cold too.

Ok so I hate leaving bad reviews but just gotta be honest on this one. First visit several weeks ago walked in, was totally ignored along with a long line of people waiting for service. Person behind counter did not acknowledge anything, kept walking by ignoring like they didn't know why we were there. Another customer confronted and asked if they were going to wait on us or if they were open. The reply was that it would be a while. No apology...nothing. We tried again today with same exact scenario. We walked out and went next door both times. If it were my business I'd be upset and do something about it before I had to close the doors for good. You can do better than this!

I went up there the other day n ordered a biggie bag n sum girl name Kayley at the front told me that my wait would be 45 minutes to an hour so I waited finally she called my name I got my food n when I got in my car all I had was soggy French fries and chicken nuggets with a long piece of oily hair so I went back in and confronted her n she said it’s ok can I come back next week n she can refund me like fr WTH never again 😡

Had already shared a review but decided to make a new one. Called ahead since they wanted to be disrespectful to my partner when trying to go up there to correct her order and no one answered. Then when they did said nothing on the phone and hung up. Food was cold after getting it corrected and was rude when she asked if it could be fixed then clapped when she left. Food is dry and cold and not good whatsoever. Would not recommend to anyone. Hey got free cold non seasoned fries at least

Visited here for the first time in ages, and was reminded why. The food is riddled with a high amount of calories! And the taste us just ok at best. The atmosphere: while clean enough, the foul language heard from 2 young guys cutting up behind the counter was unacceptable. There were young children in the dining room hearing all of it. Whoever the shift manager was should not have allowed it.
