I had an issue last week and contacted the managing personal. The same day I had a call from the manager and the issue was resolved quickly without any blaming or issues. Mistakes happen but when a company doesn’t blame the customer and owns up to and fixes an issue, that says a lot about the integrity of a company! Great job Zaxbys
Our baseball team called ahead and ordered 28 plates. They were well organized and had it ready for us to sit down and eat as soon as we walked in. Most efficient stop to eat I’ve ever had. Will be back.
I've worked here for quite a while, and I'm no spring chicken. The food is good and hot. Some days I work the window and some days, I work at the front counter. The restaurant is clean and IF you're a worker that doesn't stand around doing nothing the day goes faster and the whole team benefits. This is a great place to work and we have a great hard working team of people.
