We recently moved to the area and love American deli. Decided to try this location 3/10, my spouse got really sick. We’re hoping it’s not salmonella, cleared up in 2 days. We ordered at the restaurant & the fries were soggy. We usually get honey hot but the flavor was just hot no honey. My wings seemed old & soft like they were sitting for some time. Highly disappointed

The manager is really rude. The wings are old they fry them and put them in the refrigerator and re fry when someone orders. They also have bugs n sewer problems. The cooks don’t wear gloves or hair nets 0/10 it’s $23 for a plate of wings n rice🤯

8:25pm and won't pick up the phone... they close at 9:00pm. Every time I've been in to pick up food, the servers have been rude, They will barely acknowledge you while staying on their phones in hand while dealing with you. Food isn't that good.

Ordered the Philly with fries for myself, wings and a burger for my kids. All the food was delicious and plentiful. You won't leave hungry and if you do it's your own fault. The staff was friendly and polite. We don't live in Georgia but whenever we come back to visit I would definitely go back.

I placed a doordash order, but my philly is wrong. I wanted no mushrooms, no bell peppers, extra mayo and they gave me bell peppers with NO mayo whatsoever. I called the store and they said there was no doordash order with my name but thats the only american deli around me? I had to call twice to get an actual response. First time i called, she said “american deli, please hold”, muted, then hung up not even 5 seconds later. I called back and it took then 20 seconds to answer. This costumer service was horrible.

I ordered 6 lemon pepper wings. They were delicious. When I got home and started eating them I wanted more. They were just right. Crispy not salty.
Wings were small and extra fried and my chicken philly was a no no. The fries were good I bought them separate. Customer service was great. Food needs work.

My experience was terrible. The food don’t look nothing like online. I ordered beef, chicken and shrimp house fried rice. I called restaurant and they hung up on me and fix the phone were I couldn’t call back.

I just picked up my order, got home to find out fries were undercooked, and fish batter they used smelled spoiled/old, I had to throw away my entire meal. What a waste of money! Smh never ordering from here again.
