My experience was terrible. The food don’t look nothing like online. I ordered beef, chicken and shrimp house fried rice. I called restaurant and they hung up on me and fix the phone were I couldn’t call back.

I just picked up my order, got home to find out fries were undercooked, and fish batter they used smelled spoiled/old, I had to throw away my entire meal. What a waste of money! Smh never ordering from here again.

I stopped by recently because the place looked good, and the food was solid. But the manager Mr. P, I think was extremely rude to both customers and staff. Totally unprofessional.

Shoutout to Layla and Faith for being super polite and helpful—they were the only bright spot.

Closed 35 mins early on a Friday night. Owner must not need to make money.

So we gave our business to the Juicy Crab, next door. They are open until 11pm. And they gave excellent service. They have wings, too. American Deli, your not the only game in town.

Just got there and they closed the door as we walked to it. The girl at the counter was extremely rude, shooing us away. Did not even have the courtesy to come to the door and acknowledge a customer. I guess this is the treatment we have to get used to even after spending our money with them. Closing a whole 20 minutes earlier with a customer right there is beyond disrespectful.

Our recent order from this restaurant was nothing short of a disaster. We specifically requested lemon pepper wings (extra wet) with a peach drink, but what arrived was completely incorrect—mild, garlic parmesan, and teriyaki wings, along with cold, stale fries and flat Dr. Pepper drinks.

Not only was the entire order wrong, but the quality of the food was also disappointing. Despite the mix-up, we attempted to eat the wings, but shortly after, both my mom and I experienced severe stomach issues, including nausea and diarrhea.

This experience was unacceptable, and we will never order from this location again. If you’re considering dining here, beware of incorrect orders, poor food quality, and potential health risks.

Im not sure what's going on with this place. I went here twice in the same week, my first time visiting in two years. Used to come here all the time. The service from the girls working register is fine, but my orders were wrong both times. I didnt complain, because the orders were close enough. Since I didnt keep my receipts, Im not sure if the cashier or the cook was at fault. I highly believe it's the cook that cant read, because the order on the screen was correct at checkout. Also, the wings are smaller than I remember and were fried so hard there was hardly any meat. I like crispy wings, but I also like meat! The prices have nearly doubled as well. I wont come back to this location.

You should be embarrassed to call yourself a service based business. I called and ordered my food at 629pm on Sun 1/5/25. I wanted to order a gyro and I was told the grill was already closed. The grill was closed 31 mins before closing?? Fine I ordered wings with fries instead. When I arrived to pick it up at 654pm, 6 mins before closing, the entire staff was walking out the store, lights off!

No apologies from anyone on the staff. Just we are closed. You make your own hours of operation. I arrived 6 mins before your advertised closing time and I wasted my time traveling to your location in the rain to pick my food up. I was pissed and hungry. This staff does not value anyone's time, customer experience.

If you plan on closing at a different time, let your customers know. What is upsetting the most, is the fact I called my order in and no one advised me on the phone to be here by 650pm because we will be closed. Don't you have FRANCHISE rules to follow.

I work in retail also so I understand wanting to get home but this is completely unacceptable and I will never return to American Deli. The same type of wings combo are available at Wingstop and Touchdown Wings. You have no customer appreciation for customer service American Deli Douglasville.

My son likes this place but it’s ghetto and the food is not good. Today they messed up my son order and refused to change it. I asked for chicken not beef and this sandwich looks horrible and not enough meat! Terrible cook and terrible customer service!
