I've never been to an American Deli before where I was told No to add lemon pepper seasoning to a fried tender sandwich. I was willing to pay extra but the owner/manager refused it.

I was just there ! Don’t go there ! Don’t waste your money and time ‘! The owner was very rude to us because him and his employees didn’t know whose order it was ! He yelled at me and scream at me!! The food is cold and nasty !!! I like the American deli in dogwood drive it’s way better and better service ! If i could I would give them a 0!!!

The chicken Philly had what looked like a sprinkle of chicken on it Could barely see the chicken so much different than any other American Deli. I know they making money. More like a cheese sandwich. Never again will I go to that location

Food smelled and appeared extremely strange. Took a bite of my fried rice to see if my nose was deceiving me and it tasted foul. After seeing the comments and tasting my food, I decided to toss all of it out due to fear of getting sick. The tarter sauce was also expired, which was the cherry on top. I will never order from here again. What a waste of money and time.

We recently moved to the area and love American deli. Decided to try this location 3/10, my spouse got really sick. We’re hoping it’s not salmonella, cleared up in 2 days. We ordered at the restaurant & the fries were soggy. We usually get honey hot but the flavor was just hot no honey. My wings seemed old & soft like they were sitting for some time. Highly disappointed

The manager is really rude. The wings are old they fry them and put them in the refrigerator and re fry when someone orders. They also have bugs n sewer problems. The cooks don’t wear gloves or hair nets 0/10 it’s $23 for a plate of wings n rice🤯

8:25pm and won't pick up the phone... they close at 9:00pm. Every time I've been in to pick up food, the servers have been rude, They will barely acknowledge you while staying on their phones in hand while dealing with you. Food isn't that good.

Ordered the Philly with fries for myself, wings and a burger for my kids. All the food was delicious and plentiful. You won't leave hungry and if you do it's your own fault. The staff was friendly and polite. We don't live in Georgia but whenever we come back to visit I would definitely go back.
