Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to take a picture of the plate because when I walked in and showed it to the manager or owner, I’m not sure what his title is, but he’sAsian man that usually works the front and manages the young ladies. He took my box from out of my hand abruptly and went and threw it in the trash very quickly when I asked him to examine what was supposed to be a chicken wing in my box y’all pray for me I’m just hoping I don’t get sick! Else they’re gonna have to pull back on those cameras, cause urgent care we’ll see me. Unfortunately, this is why we should never drive and eat, but you figure wings are finger food, right. Long story short it was a round ball fried. I thought it was fish when I opened it up. It did not look like chicken meat. I’m so frustrated. Frustrated that I just allowed him to take my box from me and go throw it in the trash, but I didn’t want to escalate things any further He was more concerned with me, asking for my money back of which I did not want. I work in food service. I wanted him to acknowledge and help me understand what was in my box instead, he became irate and said no money no money I said I don’t want any money, however, I would appreciate an apology and acknowledgment of what the hell was in my box . He cared less and was very disrespectful. Be sure to check your food thoroughly before eating. I’m glad I noticed the odd shape as I was driving. No worries, the health department will be paying y’all a visit!

I have been a regular customer of this establishment for months ordering fairly the same meal(s), never had any problems until today. I ordered my usual House Fried Rice, extra meat no veggies or onions only this order came with NO shrimp, not ONE piece so I called the store to share my experience and the male voice asked me for my name on the order, I repeated it twice and he told me had no order by that name, I politely asked him how could we verify and he hung up the phone on me. Called back, went to an auto recording. Very unprofessional. I won’t spend $ here in this establishment again.

Phone lines are disconnected so you can’t place an order, the worst staff, walked in and was the only customer to find the two cashiers and cook scrolling TikTok, they had no idea that I walked in. Food took 35 minutes to get to me. Apparently they don’t do all drums or crispy wings. Charged $2.50 extra for mixed sauces. I really don’t understand how they stay in business acting this way.

Wings were disgusting, extra big and looked as if they were breaded wings with soft skin , not crispy at all. I threw the box away and didn’t even bother to call the restaurant to fix the problem. Nastiest American Deli I’ve ever had .

I've never been to an American Deli before where I was told No to add lemon pepper seasoning to a fried tender sandwich. I was willing to pay extra but the owner/manager refused it.

I was just there ! Don’t go there ! Don’t waste your money and time ‘! The owner was very rude to us because him and his employees didn’t know whose order it was ! He yelled at me and scream at me!! The food is cold and nasty !!! I like the American deli in dogwood drive it’s way better and better service ! If i could I would give them a 0!!!

The chicken Philly had what looked like a sprinkle of chicken on it Could barely see the chicken so much different than any other American Deli. I know they making money. More like a cheese sandwich. Never again will I go to that location

Food smelled and appeared extremely strange. Took a bite of my fried rice to see if my nose was deceiving me and it tasted foul. After seeing the comments and tasting my food, I decided to toss all of it out due to fear of getting sick. The tarter sauce was also expired, which was the cherry on top. I will never order from here again. What a waste of money and time.

We recently moved to the area and love American deli. Decided to try this location 3/10, my spouse got really sick. We’re hoping it’s not salmonella, cleared up in 2 days. We ordered at the restaurant & the fries were soggy. We usually get honey hot but the flavor was just hot no honey. My wings seemed old & soft like they were sitting for some time. Highly disappointed
