Hey everyone I would like to inform you that this place is horrible me and my son was on the way back from Florida in decided to stop at a family friend house we asked them what’s good in the area they recommended this place we can in near closing time about 30 minutes before closing and the Asia man was really disrespectful screaming loudly we closed we closed we closed we closed get out get out I was completely caught off guard was really shocked that we were treated like trash but the place next door saved the day crawfish spot was fire and the people were lovely go check them instead

This location is slacking in ALL areas. I preordered and paid and still had to wait twenty minutes. And the very immature young adult at the register was less than interested in assisting. So much attitude when I was being kind and respectful because I could tell she may have been having a bad day due to her eye rolling when she was on her phone but the issue escalated for me when she spoke to me like it was no big deal that I was having to wait even after preordering and paying. I asked for the manager and asked what is the benefit of preorder if I still have to wait when people that came in after me ordered and got their food before me. He was of no help either. He walked away after asking for my receipt and never returned to address me or apologize for the delay. And once I got home and the wings are horrible!!!! My order was $70!!! What a complete waste. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

Well it was around 8:15pm me and my husband walked in to place our order.The cashier taking orders just sat down didn't ask us if was ready to place our order or anything.She was on her phone not a care in the world the other cashier was on her phone as well.So we just walked out.This place is the worst in customer service.They have had failing scores in the past.The owner I see needs to watch cameras to actually see what these cashiers be doing.Great customer service starts with acknowledging the customer within 3 seconds when they approach the counter.Not say nothing and just sit down.Shut this place down.Love American Deli but this is not the place to go if the employees don't care about the business.I won't be going back

I must said I order 10 wings but gosh these are small wings one bite and I'm done with them.. pay $23 with rice but not worth it they use to be bigger in size

Ordered 3 small fries and shrimp fried rice every thing was terrible. The fries were heavy and soggy and the shrimp fried rice was over cooked and blend not to mention they tried to give us nasty butter milk ranch instead of the original American Deli ranch which everybody knows the difference. When brought to the attention of an employee they act as if they were shocked at the request of the correct condiment. I called to complain about my order and was hung up on so I called back but the line just rang then went to the busy tone didn’t have time to turn around but I will not be going back and suggest everyone who likes good food go to the American Deli in Conyers off of dogwood. Big Difference!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best house rice! Plenty of meat on it for the price. It's a hit or miss with the wings - one day they're a good size; small the next. The punches are awesome!

I ordered a 20 piece Lemon Pepper wet, and a 20 piece medium... crispy, The sauce on the lemon pepper/med wings was so thick. It seems like they had fried them once with the sauce on them, and re-fried them again. The wings tasted refried. $49 wasted.
