I ate there Saturday November 9th 2024 with my family. It was only my second time at this location and I have to say I'm so impressed with the way this location is ran. The service was amazing and everyone was so polite and on top of their game. I was able to interact with Abbie and she is the most amazing person I've ever met. You can tell she cares and loves what she does. The food was to die for, especially the Buffalo Chicken dip ?. We also tried the fall old fashioned and it was fabolous! We will definitely be back. Abbie and her team make it a wonderful experience!

Young lady bartender was great today and gave me some good beer tips. Didn’t catch her name. Had their sour which was tart but nice and then a local Athens beer of which they had several. Boneless wings were solid. New place that looks like a small chain

This is my favorite Amici location, by far. The food is always good , and the brews (especially the Lobo Solo) are great.
My son and I had dinner there this evening, and we were greeted promptly, and immediately seated. Our server, Sophie, was attentive, friendly, and quick with refills. The food was hot, and quick, and the brew option I chose, the Lobo Solo, was cold and good. I ordered a salad to go, for my wife, and it was ready to go when we settled up the check. Thanks, Amici Town Center!

My personal experience the 2 times I've been here is 10 out of 10!!! Food, service, staff...everything. I'm a very "particular" type of person, so trust me when I say, this is one of my new fav go to's! Highly recommend ??

Seriously tho. People just don’t wanna work. It’s obvious. At least get my order correct. Also, my tip goes to my server! Not the ones who got it wrong! I see you “Amici”! I’ll never trust you again!

Our entire party got and finished their food before we got our pizza. When our pizza finally came out, incorrect, it was time to go. We had to get a to go box and eat later.

Despite this, we gave our server a $20 tip. I was insulted when she put it in the community tip jar!

This place sucks. Pretty much all the locations suck. Corporate is not concern with the way there management handles the guest. Conyers is probably my favorite. But they should have never opened the location in town center. If you happen to go in the location. Ask who’s the manager on duty. If it’s Abby or Aubrey or whatever do not go in. Ask if the General Manager there. If he is, it’s up to you to make sure the server takes your order properly, the kitchen cooks it correctly, and you are given the right food. If you complain to the GM with your problem. He more than likely won’t address the issue. Be aware! The incompetence of the staff is at an all time high. They do not take responsibility, or hold themselves accountable

We were in GA for an event and this restaurant was by the hotel we stayed in, it’s was just OK, again this was my experience and others may have had better. My food was just OK, my husband on the other hand loved his salad, we asked for marinara sauce for the calamari which where I am from it’s typical not some sweet sauce they had and they charged us for it!!! I was like never coming back, can you believe they would be petty enough to charge for a sauce instead of giving us an option, anyway I had to send back the wedge salad because the bacon tasted out of a box and the dressing was like a frosting consistency I just didn’t like it, so I guess to make up for them removing from my bill they charged for a dipping sauce (that again when from NYC we get that or cocktail) and believe we would not be charged for it especially when I only asked for one,visit ATL couple times a year and this would not be a must go
