Long wait time , food was burnt, got hamburger and they bottom was black burnt. It took nearly 57 -58 mins to get our food and there was only 6 couples in the whole dinning room. Was near empty. As we all could see each other tables. Everyone was waiting long long unnecessary time frame.

The experience was horrible. Was seated quickly, but didn’t order until almost 35 mins in, sat for 2 1/2 hours waiting, all of our food came out scattered, wrong, or cold. Waiter tried his best but barely received help from staff although they saw him struggling. Our drinks were sitting at the bar for 20 mins or longer watered down. The manager came out, & apologized, but the experience was still awful. I ordered the bourbon chicken, and it smelled/tasted rubbery. Never again will we eat here, & I highly recommend no one coming here. My food was wasted, & my drink was ruined.

FiRST THE ATMOSPHERE, just look up!! The vents are SUPER NASTY!!! The BLINDS are super Nasty!!! RED FLAG!!! We would have left but was too hungry to go somewhere else.The waitress was good, but the food quality wasnt good as far as the amount. There was water in my daughters's water.The ribs messed my wife's stomach up, and the loaded potatoes was a small bowl of mash potatoes with 4or 5 shreds of cheese. Im not exaggerating. The only thing that was good was the Louisiana pasta.
Charming employees! Everyone I encountered in the dining room was pleasant. However, my curbside order was 40 minutes later than promise time. I am missing ingredients that were an up-charge. The chicken tasted fine but was quite tough. Also, the shrimp was rubbery as if it was rush thawed. The place appears to be very clean, just stinky like old grease.
