We have not been to Applebees since covid. I said let’s give them a try again. I ordered the new chicken parm fettuccine. My husband ordered the bourbon chicken and shrimp. The chicken was like chewing a piece of rubber. It was so tough. Our waitress was nice, but she never came back to offer us a refill of our drinks. And we both needed one. We will not be returning to Applebees.

I had lunch after church with my pastor and his wife. I ordered salmon. It was overcooked but it was okay. If you order a side salad, be sure to ask for Romaine lettuce or you'll get all iceberg. They accommodated me and brought romaine. Service was great and friendly.

Just left , empty only went for the bogo wings but was informed they were not honoring it not even with the Togo orders. The waiter didn’t suggest the featured item so we were supposed to get the free queso and chips we waited 20 mins and he never came back I’m Assuming because he forgot to offer the featured drinks , that killed my appetite so we just left

The food was alright but it’s the worst chicken Parmesan I have ever had it had nothing but tomato sauce on top of chicken but our waitress was very good but I scored it low because she didn’t have any carry out boxes

This establishment was clean and the staff was very professional and courteous. Our server made some excellent suggestions regarding our meal which was very good. I forget our servers' name but she had an island accent. Kudos to her customer service.

Great place... Very engaging and friendly staff. I would like to especially mention Donna and Tuni. So good I asked for the manager to compliment them! New weekly spot!!!
This was a subpar experience. Our server was high on something. She was yelling everytime she came over. Requested that we each introduce ourselves to her... this was very upsetting to my autistic son & even unnerving for myself trying to grab a nice, quick lunch. Each meal was served at different times so we couldn't eat together. There was only 5 tables occupied in the entire place during this time so they weren't slammed. I will not be going back. That was so disappointing.

For once, Applebees didn’t suck today. My lunch crew used to come in here just to laugh at how comical the crap service was. New sheriff in town I guess?! It’s been a bitter sweet experience. Maybe I’m sick but I’ll miss the bad ole days a little. Anyway, good job gang. Keep it up.

I’ve had bad experiences with this place in the past, I don’t know why I keep coming back. First bad experience I can recall was when I ordered the bacon chicken sandwich and the filet was so tough and way too thick to fit the sandwich. We came back again a few months later (on this day) and I was very hungry and was willing to give it another chance by trying something different. I ordered the bone in wings thinking who could go wrong with that? While I was waiting I went to the bathroom to find every toilet filthy, even one un-flushed. I could not use the bathroom, I only used the sink to wash my hands. The sweet tea wasn’t good, it was too strong, and the wings that I thought would turn out fine were super dry almost like jerky to the bone. Luckily we were able to get cokes instead of the tea but after that we were hardly ever checked on, no napkins were offered, no silverware, and no mustard was offered for my husbands sandwich. Even customers around us seemed unsatisfied with having to wait for their server to take their order for so long and having other servers help serve them since their server could not. Don’t think I’m coming back again.

Melissa is a outstanding manager ..I love the way she interacts with her guest on the floor 🫶🏼 Sabourah was our server/bartender she was very friendly and high drive to make sure we was satisfied🙌🏼 Steak was cook to perfection.
