Ordered a double roast beef combo with (crispy) curly fries for dine in; when I got my food, the manager said "I got them as crispy as I could". However, the fries were warm at best which means they didn't just come out of the fryer, they just picked through the fries that were already cooked and pulled out the ones that looked crispy - some were crispy because they were old and dry. The sandwich was okay, I don't like Arby's dry sesame seed buns. Nothing...
