I paid for two brisket combos only to get home and find two roast beef instead, plus overcooked cold fries!!
I paid more money and got a yucky mess!

While ordering Arby's tonight the cashier lett one of her Co-workers know there was not any ranch on one of the customers chicken sandwich. The coworker came and slapped the sandwich out of the cashier's hand. Food flying everywhere. The most upsetting thing was that the manager was standing right there and didn't say/do anything. Customers right there seeing everything. I understand this is fast food but I expect professionalism in any establishment where the public goes.
