I went to Arby's in Covington Georgia and ordered a sweet tea. I was given a cup with the word TEA written out on the lid with a black magic Marker by the manager at the drive-thru. I thought this was so tacky,disrespectful, unprofessional and intentional. This makes me want to know who is training these managers? Maybe what is needed cannot be taught. I did not expect this from a leader. Management, please do better. Bad for business.??

Classic roast beef had the amount of meat for a slider. Four crew members that weren't working were talking & giggling so loud near fryer & drive thru that I couldn't hear the cashier that was taking my order. Very disappointed.

It’s 11:22 pm the store closes at 12:30 and all 3 employees were standing outside smoking when I pulled in. One of the employees immediately said “we closed big dog” I replied with I thought you closed at 12:30 ? He said we closed bruh so I left. As I was writing this review they must’ve still been outside because 3 more cars pulled in and immediately pulled back out.
