Hours are posted as opening at 5am and have frequented Bojangles over the past years and have gone at 5am before going in to work. Different story this morning… very disappointing, was told they open at 5:30. In reviewing the comments, I see other customers had the same issues. Bojangles is losing business!

Don't turn on your lights and your drive thru sign at 5am and show your hours start at 5am...if your not going to work and be ready to take orders at 5am.
Went again March 27th 530am no one working the drive thru but lights are one and people inside. Took my business to Chick-fil-A.

A little disappointed in the service—apparently, asking for cheese is a serious offense. I forgot to mention it before paying, and when I politely asked to add it, the attendant reacted like I’d just insulted her ancestors. My wife and I found it so dramatic we spent the rest of the day reenacting it. Her disgust was so intense I actually retracted my request, which she happily accepted, sending me on my way with a sad, cheeseless sandwich. My bad, I guess—I’ll be sure to draft a formal request next time. Live and learn!

Asked for a bo chicken sandwich combo with a Dr Pepper and side of borounds. They gave me fries instead of rounds, which I got fixed. Got home only to realize they gave me a grilled sandwich with sweet tea. Double check your order because apparently even the simplest order is too complex for the staff. It’s not rocket science

Ordered 2 Bo beary biscuits with our meal, we never got called for our food so I went and checked and they said they were waiting on the biscuits. So I asked for me to go ahead and get my food and it was already cold. The Chicken on my sandwich was hard & my Bo rounds were dripping with grease so I asked for new ones & they came out the same. My husband ordered a 3 piece dark meat meal, his chicken was cold, dry & very small. After we finished our meal we went up again to ask for our Bo beary biscuits as we were ready to leave, the cashier said someone stole them & we would have to continue to wait so we got our money back & left. The cashier was very nice but I feel all the workers need to be properly trained in efficiency & how to make sure the temperature is right to cook the food.

The Biscuits are always soft. I've only had 1 or 2 orders not be right where I needed to go in from a drive thru order.

I placed an order that had an eta pickup of 6:57pm and made it to the store at 7:13pm. When entering the store to retrieve my food I was met with two rude staff members who stated that they had not even made my food and that I can wait on my food. I told them my order says it should have been ready for pickup and they refused to make my food and the cook who was a teenager called her mom up there to tell me to cancel my order and request a refund cause her daughter was not making my food. I am 6 months pregnant and high risk and I was told by the mom to go away if I was pregnant or else something was going to happen. I argued with the staff letting them know I just wanted my food or even a refund after being yelled at by staff and the mother just calmly asking for my food and they refused to give it to me. Finally a nice Hispanic manager came to give me a refund which I truly appreciated after she saw how horrible her staff was being to me. The staff is racist and threatened to call the police on me even though all I was asking was to get my food and then a refund once they refused to give me my food.

This place is terrible i ordered the chicken biscuit combos and found a long string of green hair in my food and they refused to replace it

I went through the drive through. The girl shoved my debit card back at me after ringing me up and before I could put my card away immediately pushed my order towards me in a way where I almost dropped it. The gravy spilled in the bag. I don't know, maybe they're trying to shave time at the window.
And I just tried the chicken stripes. Hard as a rock and no flavor.

I’m from Florida and we don’t have bojangles so wanted to try it. It was so so the only thing I really liked was the coleslaw. Tenders were dry and hard. Their Bo sauce is good. Place was clean, staff was nice they did take long.

They gave me my food I was eating it and Nocitied they didn't have. Me my deitcard back . So I when back and they said card didn't work. They are to make sure it's payed for before they gave you the food am I right. I when back they said gave them cash I told them I didn't have cash. I wonted my card back . They made me gave them half eating food and still wonted cash. Very rude people working a the Covington GA. Store on 278. I love the food y'all sale but won't go back to that one. They need people that knows what they are doing and STOP being rude
