This store can never open on time. Someone needs to get this place going. The food is good they just need time management.

Pricing on menu board was different than price asked for at window by $3. Worker said there was a board error and they were working to get it addressed. A note on the board could have easily fixed any misconception. You're advertising one price and asking for another. Didn't end up buying anything. Customer isn't always right here.

Typical Covington fast food. You get ignored a little bit before you order inside. It took a little too long to get the food for it to be just barely warm. At least the place pretty clean.

The line was all the way out into the road..usually doesn’t bother us because most of the time it moves fast..but this morning they were SO slow! The past few months have been horrible! I don’t know what they changed but they need to change it back! People were leaving because they couldn’t get to order quickly. They play around too much behind the counter and only one cash register?? Lost our business!

I needed to get chicken on Thanksgiving and Popeyes and churches were closed. I went to Bojangles and was very impressed. The staff was great and I forgot how good their food is. I will be back!

Ummmm....I like my chicken cooked. I went to Bojangles...not the grocery store. Chicken breast PINK. Only got a partial refund because the tenders we bought were not returned. It's the principle and good faith for them to do what's right. Won't be back.

Waited for 20+ minutes along with several other customers. I had a simple order, 2 sausage biscuits and a small fry. They forgot my order completely and completed orders for several customers who came in long after me. Then asked for my receipt to confirm. Another gentleman waited a long time and when his order was finally brought out. The employee snatched it back because she thought he had only just ordered when he had been there waiting a long time. The man got a bit upset and just asserted that he hadn't just ordered and had been waiting a long time. The employee snapped at him. When I finally got my order it was missing a sausage biscuit and a bunch of fries had just been thrown in the bag.
I know everyone has bad days... but yeah I won't be back.

This place is trash. The little girl at the drive-thru obviously didn't want to be there. The chicken taste like the grease hasn't been changed this year. The dirty rice was nothing but rice pilaf with a small piece of their breakfast sausage in it. The only thing that was good was the biscuit
