A little disappointed in the service—apparently, asking for cheese is a serious offense. I forgot to mention it before paying, and when I politely asked to add it, the attendant reacted like I’d just insulted her ancestors. My wife and I found it so dramatic we spent the rest of the day reenacting it. Her disgust was so intense I actually retracted my request, which she happily accepted, sending me on my way with a sad, cheeseless sandwich. My bad, I guess—I’ll be sure...

I’m from Florida and we don’t have bojangles so wanted to try it. It was so so the only thing I really liked was the coleslaw. Tenders were dry and hard. Their Bo sauce is good. Place was clean, staff was nice they did take long.

The manager of this place runs a tight ship.
Always friendly, always fast, always courteous. They so good that the Chic Fila down the street had to remodel not once but twice.
