For the week ai was in the area this was a great spot to chill and get a drink and a treat and read.

Nice workers, decent food, and nice atmosphere, but they don't pay the workers enough. I have never worked here but I have several friends who have and the pay is pathetic when they are charging $7 for a coffee and have enough money to open 3 other locations. Better coffee and a better environment can be found at Lily and sparrow right outside of the square.

I was so excited to try this place and leave so disappointed ?
The young lady taking your order is super kind, but they didn’t give me what I ordered they way they even suggested (they suggested a hit sandwich I agree and they bring me a cold one) to me and the flavor was nothing special

And the crust of the quiche that my wife ordered was not well cooked ?
She ordered a chai no sugar , and bring her one with sugar.

The kitchen slow not even having many customers.

If you like sandwiches with a sliver of turkey, cucumber, and lettuce about as thick as a quarter between two slices of white bread with zero flavor, then this is the place for you! However, the cashier was very polite and welcoming and the desserts looked fantastic. The pastries are delicious as well. The refreshers were just ok.

the spinach puff pastry is so delicious!!

I placed an order for 1/2 dozen of birthday cupcakes for my dear sister. I was very disappointed in the condition of the box when delivered. This was a special treat for a special occasion and the person delivering the cupcakes treated the order as if it was not fragile and to be handled with care. Very disappointing, as the presentation was little to be desired! First and last time ordering from here. Also, when I tried calling direct to the bakery, the number listed on the website is not a working number, as you can’t leave a message nor speak with a representative for the bakery.

One the workers told me there was nothing savory left because the kitchen was closed! It was 8:05 on Sunday night! She wasn’t very happy and it showed! That’s very poor customer service! Ended up ordering a bagel with cream cheese and even that seemed to bother her! Three other customers were send away bc of the same reason. That’s so sad! I’ve been here before and the customer service was much better. If you’re the owner reading this please update the workers on what it’s expected of them. Your company is much better than this!

Overall a nice stop in the square. There is a good variety of sandwiches so you should be able to find one you like. I find the bagel sandwiches to be on the dry side - could use a good sauce! Coffee is good. I enjoy their brown sugar cinnamon latte. I saw they have self serve draft beer, but not sure when/what times they open these. Can get crowded, though.

Absolutely loved coming here in the mornings! Coming here made our experience with Covington even better. The drinks and food were absolutely delicious! I truly wish we had a bread and butter back where we are from.

Had an amazing latte here. Cannot remember the official name. If staff from the place, reads this, please reply with it. But it was toasted marshmallow, white mocha, & cinnamon. Loved it.

I’ve tried this place twice the 1st time i tried a peanut butter and jelly with bacon croissant the sandwich was cold and the bread was hard. I figured I try them again for some dessert. I ordered a giant cupcake and a few cookies. The icing was totally greasy the cookies were ok but I should’ve went to Publix. Both times the customer service lacked luster. Not sure if it’s because the workers are teenagers or what but 10/10 don’t recommend.
