I am honestly more disappointed each time I come. This used to be my fav Covington location bc the employees got the order right more times than wrong, like the dine in locatjon. The last 3 times I have ordered a drink OFF THEIR MENU it has been wrong. I order a savannah breeze, andd cream and today I literally received a cup of straight club soda. I’m not sure who is responsible for training at both cov locations but they really could use some work. Not to mention the prices are OUTRAGEOUS. Everyone talks about how Starbucks is so expensive but yet my 16 oz drink with mostly ice is $8!? When I can get a venti (correctly made drink) at Starbucks for $6.50!? Makes no sense. I’m all for supporting small businesses but only if they are worth it and from my MANY experiences, this one is not worth the hassle and disappointment.

Visit the Covington Drive Thru store for the first time. I notice first the pavement was not in good condition, next I seen that they have the prices covered up on the menu board which I didn't understand. I then drove to the window and placed my order with a person and her customer service was great but once I received my sandwhich the Turkey Cranberry and got back to work and opened it to taste I noticed that the bread was cold and not fresh. The bread taste like it has been frozen multiple times and therefor my sandwhich did not taste good at all. So for this to be my first experience, overall it was not good and I will not return. They should be serving the customers fresh breads not frozen.

This is the place to eat breakfast! Right on the square in town, fantastic customer service and the food choices range from biscuits, to quiche to lovely pastries. A must when in town. Quiche was wonderful, as was the coffee. Quirky little market throughout as well.

Went to bread and butter this morning for breakfast and I’m so happy I did!It was greeted by the sweetest barista named Joanna, she immediately put a smile on my face and made my morning!I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it was the best I’ve had all season. Also ordered a croissant that was great as well.Definitely will be back for the amazing coffee and even better customer service from Joanna!

I totally loved my visit here. I didn't know what to order so I asked the order taker to order her favorite beverage for me and I absolutely loved it. I visit once a week now! The macaroons are out of this world!

This is one of the best places I’ve ever been. The croissants are very hot they make it with love. It is pretty pricey but it is amazing for a quick snack!

Love the hot chocolate and chocolate chip cookies.

The bubble tea was great but the Chicken salad cranberry pistachio sandwich was lackluster. The Chicken was tough and chewy and the croissant was not warm. I will not be returning

Thumb print cookies are amazing. Baristas were nice to make my flat white which isn't on the menu. Appreciated the desire to help a customer get the drink they enjoy.

Not going to waste my time with the drive thru again. Today was the 3rd time my coffee was wrong at the drive thru. I also noticed the car in front of me having their energy drink remade. The girl who took my order was the same one that made my coffee wrong last week and she had a hard time following the order. I said “large hot coffee with cream and white mocha please” she asks, “you want a latte?” “No, just a coffee.” “Hot or iced?” “Hot.” “You want just light cream?” “Yes.” “Do you want a flavor?” “Yes, white mocha.” Somehow my total was $4.55, which was odd to me since my typical order is an iced coffee, heavy cream with either caramel, white mocha or vanilla and it is always $3.85. Hot coffee is less than iced, so I am confused. And after all this I still left a tip. Not sure what she charged me for or what she made, it wasn’t right and I didn’t have time to take it back today. Took my iced coffee back to the square location to have it remade last week when it was not drinkable. Let me add I went there after she handed me what looked like an iced milk that day, I said that doesn’t have enough coffee in it, it shouldn’t be white and she topped off my full cup with coffee and handed it back to me dripping. Today isn’t much better, if I didn’t know better I would say it doesn’t even have coffee in it bc it is so weak and I also don’t taste the white mocha.

We went in at 8 PM one night to get two danishes for the next morning. Their sign states pastries are 25% off after 5 pm, but they did not honor that. The pastries were good though. We’d go back.
