it was amazing food even tho the French toast threw me off I think they have the best bacon egg and cheese croissants. I don't understand the 1 star reviews it is the best burger king I've been to super nice employees and reminds me when I was little I always wore the crown it is the best place to go for a snack. the service was amazing aswell.

I greatly appreciate This store! I had originally ordered off the app to the store on HWY 278. I sent my daughter and husband to pick the order up.... Needless to say I got a call.. they had cleared the order out and claimed that they could not retrieve it. SO I TOLD THEM OVER THE PHONE AND SENT A SCREENSHOT OF THE ORDER TO MY HUSBAND. My husband and daughter return home 15mins later with the wrong order ?♀️?♀️ So I attempted to call the store.. at that time it redirected me to this store. Lil did I know the Gen manager Nancy answered the phone. And relayed to me that the 278 store does not have a phone.. ? Why? But that's besides the point. She proceeds to ask me what the issue is. So I explained the situation and she was more than happy to remake our order. I was delighted! I sent my husband to there store to pickup. He let me know they were very welcoming and helpful! The food was fresh and hot! Thank you all so much for helping with this experience! ... So next time yall want burger King avoid the hassle and just go here instead of the other location! Thank you all that aHelped with this order! You are all very much appreciated

I asked specifically for no mayo on this person whopper because I knew that she couldn't eat mayo . The young lady assured me that they didn't put mayo on it. I sat at the window for about six minutes only for it to have mayo slathered on it. I asked for it to be made again. They agreed after arguing that it didn't have mayo on it. I sat at the window again and watched the cook take the meat pattie of the bun and wiped the mayo off and tried to return the pattie to the bun.? I told them to remake the food or give me a refund. The staff need to do better I get that you have to have ppl working but if they are not competent then know that you need to have someone that is competent supporting their efforts.

Pulled up to the drive threw about 5:45pm on Thursday. Was told to wait a minute so 7 mins later she took my order. I pulled up and 1 car was infront of me. When she opened the window 5 mins after I pulled up I heard her take his order right then. 5 minutes later she opened the window to take payment. Another 5mins passes and she returns with his card and receipt and again shuts the window. 20+ mins later and he still hasn't gotten his food. She opened the window to tell him she's out of something and I'm like are you seriously!! I backed up and drove off. Almost 30 mins in drive threw line , with no food!
