The manager is great but too many not so great experiences here. Last order was all wrong... And don't expect to reach anyone by phone. Also beware using the app!

Not a good place to go in Covington Workers are very rude
Ordered ahead through the app for pick up at the drive thru, Customized my Whopper, added cheese, BBQ sauce, onion rings, no tomatoes, got a regular whopper after having wait 10- 15mins at the drive thru window. And they didn't have Hershey pies.

Customer service is OUTRAGEOUS. As soon as we walked through the door there was a bigger lady with red hair standing at the registers and immediately said “oh y’all look at this” “can’t even sit down” like I’m sorry I came to get food while your….doing your job? Not to mention that lady didn’t even help us another lady did so I’m unsure why she was complaining anyways. From what I seen she was just standing around leaning on the registers. SERVICE IS LIKE THIS EVERY TIME I COME IN. just rude and not welcoming what so ever. Not to mention my burger was served wrong.
Definitely don't go here when it's nighttime at any time of the year because even with them not being busy they'll make you wait in the drive thru for nearly ten minutes because they don't want to work 🙄

Waited over an hour in the drive-through line just to be told or around to the front of the building and wait some more to receive my food this location needs to have corporate intervention also Also Iwas unable to Go inside the building

I went inside and majority of the employees are on their cell phone . They took my order and got it wrong when they handed to me. Everyone is arguing from an earlier incident!

Went through the drive thru 9/24 at 1:00 pm ordered a #4 with diet coke (was told no fountain drinks) so ordered a water and pretty sure I was still charged for the drink. Husband ordered the fiery pepper jack bacon chicken sandwich- didn't have that either so ordered a whopper Jr with cheese and no tomatoes which when we got it had tomatoes and the bottom bun was so soggy it was falling apart. When we got to the window I asked for a receipt and the unpleasant girl who was working the window just said "it don't print out but if you wanna see it give me your phone and I'll take a picture" This location needs improvement all around in my opinion.

I went here last January. I don't know who designed their parking lot, but it's easily the most poorly designed parking lot I've ever been in during the past 50 yrs. I was going to get something from the drive thru and after waiting 10 minutes without the line moving I decided to leave, but if the drive thru is backed up and other cars are parked in the parking lot you can't leave because it's only a single lane withoutany extraroom to get by. I had to wait another 10 minutes until the drive thru line finally moved.
