I've been in Covington for about 17 years now. I like this place a lot more when it was owned by the first owners. They had better attitudes and we're less rude. The food is great though. I don't know who the new lady is, some people say it's TI's mother. That would explain a lot. I don't know though.She's alright sometimes though. I have to give her that. It's just 50/50

The seafood was ok there but the person helping us had the biggest attitude and was so rude when we asked questions. She was also rude to other customers in front of us. Do not recommend. We will never come here again.

Food was good, pecan pie was amazing. I'm a Cole slaw snob and theirs was up to par. Servers were very attentive and refills abundant. I will go back when in town

They have really good fish selection. All of the fish that I have bought from them has been very good.
Was the first to be seated. Sitting at my table waiting on my order. I was looking around and noticed one of the girls rubbing her face and nose. My food was place in the window the same girl picked up my fork and knife and put it on my nachos. My waitress delivered my food I told her what happened. I tipped my waitress and then left the restaurant

Lady at the counter is very rude .. lost close to $200 yesterday and today on shrimp sales because I can not wear a mask due to asthma.. she said it was not her problem and hung up on me..I put up with her about once a week when we call in office orders .. no more.. I have spent my last dollar at this place

I ordered my food over the phone and waited 30 minutes out in my car for my name to be called to come inside to get my food. After that I called in there to see what was taking so long. Ms. T tells me my order been ready and that she had came outside twice. When she came out she called someone else name not mine. I've been coming to the place for years but after she said she will eat my food and hung in my face I will never come back there again.
