Ahmireia, you are the best hostess I've ever come across. Thank you for being patient with my mother and I on our road trip. You and your coworkers are the BEST team and are amazing. Today I ordered the lobster rolls. After waiting some time in the drive through I finally got my order. Upon looking at my food I noticed the small amount of lobster meat inside of the roll. I requested that they give me more meat in a cup or something so that I don't hold up the line. Instead of accommodating me as the customer, I was told that the wrong scoop had been previously used and they'll refund my money instead of giving me more meat! We all know that they have to throw away the food! They preferred to do that than to accommodate! It was a waste of time and money coming here!

Let me start off by saying I will NEVER visit this location again. My husband and I went inside to order food to go last night (8-10-24) around 8pm. I ordered a fish and fries meal which comes with hush puppies. I told the cashier that I did not want the hush puppies with it (because my daughter is allergic to egg) and their allergen menu states that the hush puppies contain egg. I did not want the hush puppies in the box with her fish and fries obviously because of her allergy. The cashier was very friendly and he told me he would let the woman boxing up the food know that I didn't want the hush puppies. My husband and I sat near the front counter while waiting for our food to be ready. Once our food was about to be boxed, the cashier told the woman not to put the hush puppies in the fish meal. She loudly cackled and in a very sarcastic way said, "what? Does she think we're gonna give her extra fries instead?" First of all, if I wanted extra fries, I would've ordered extra fries. It wasn't about that at all. It was about my daughter's food allergy. That was extremely unprofessional of her. Whatever reason I had for not wanting hush puppies is actually none of her business. I was literally sitting right there as she said it but obviously professionalism isn't her thing. It took everything in me not to snap back at her. I guess not wanting hush puppies is a crime to her LOL. I honestly almost walked out of there without the food, even though I had already paid for it. I definitely don't recommend this location.
