This place sucks I’ve been there 3 times now and everytime they say their system is down as they are serving other people it is insane unless it’s just their friends visiting them and they are to lazy to do anything if their system is really down they don’t need to be opened!!!😡

I ordered the big glo's bbq buford combo. The garlic bread was not grilled/toasted, it had been warmed up only. It made everything so greasy, the bag, my hands, my face! Then they did not put the onion fries on my burger. I heard the lady at the window say they weren't needed but I didn't think she was referring to my order. The Fries were on point though. I just hate I didn't get the full experience of the burger. I definitely would've waited for it to be done correctly. There was only 1 person behind me at the time n they were still at the speaker placing their order. So they had time to do it right.

On July 17, I placed an online order for pickup. It was late, I think just before midnight. Since the hours online say they close at 1am, I decided to go ahead and order. My husband gets to the Checkers on US-278 and they tell him that they only have chicken bites. We declined and asked about a refund. They told us that it will fall off because they never processed the order. Well, here we are July 24 and the order had never been canceled. It reads “Complete” and my bank statement still shows the charge for that order. I have tried to resolve the issue but can not get in contact with anyone. This makes me feel like I was lied to and I paid for someone’s late night dinner.

Place is terribly run down, hard to pull through and the worst, tasteless hamburger....big before. If I had time, I would've taken it back.
You really have to be hungry to eat here because the place needs a serious facelift, but the food was good, yet the chicken sandwiches were overcooked, but for the price, it was OK . Will.return when the place gets an overhaul.

Employees have attitude towards certain types of people when you ask questions employees get upset and also use very dirty words which is not appreciated or respected I would never give this checkers any business anymore. No one does anything about it there's always usually a manager there 1 said employee has always been rude to me and I've always been respectful to the employee This checker's has an issue to throw with one specific worker and perhaps even more....Phone line rings and disconnects. When they finally answer and you ask for name of mgr on duty they ask why and are rude hanging you up. Totally unacceptable but then again having employees use swear words when it comes to service. Also questions on safe handling of food same employee handling does orders and more gloveless.

Places has gotten 100% better food was great, service was great.Best tasting burgers around,fries excellent. Paid thirty five dollars for two burgers at a high end restaurant that was not as good as the Big Buford.
