This was my first time having breakfast here 🤩 my friend told me I should try it one day when I saw her eating a breakfast bowl. So that’s what I bought this morning. A breakfast bowl with sausage and I asked them to leave the cheese off for dairy allergy and they honored that request no problem. It was delicious and I’m just sorry I didn’t try this sooner I just didn’t know ya’ll served breakfast. I’m definitely coming here from now on. I’ve usually went to other places that won’t even respond when you talk to them or say thank you so it’s so much better starting my day off telling your staff thank you and them telling me it’s “their pleasure” 🥹 I will be back soon :)

Was waiting in line to order when a roach crawled across the floor in front of me. Immediately left
Super long long manager refuse to give me my order befacise I was in the wrong line mind you it was already a 15 mins wait he said I need to go back around and wait more just horrible service why would I want to do that didn’t get food left
I usually use the Chick-fil-A mobile app because it’s quicker, allowing me to grab my food and go. Occasionally, I order ice cream, and while the app doesn’t have an option for almonds, I simply ask for them when I arrive at the mobile pickup line. Sometimes, I’m charged for them, and sometimes I’m not—but either way, I have no issue paying.
However, on this particular visit, a manager named Mike M. took it upon himself to enforce a new, unnecessary rule. He instructed his employee that if I wanted almonds, I’d have to get in the regular, longer line—just for almonds. I asked to speak with him directly, and his response was nothing short of aggressive and unprofessional. He firmly stated that if I ordered almonds again in the mobile line, he would call the police on me. Call the police—for almonds.
I left feeling angry, hurt, and deeply disappointed. There’s a pattern of behavior with this particular individual, and I can’t help but wonder about his motives—especially toward women and women of color.
If anyone else has experienced issues with Mike M. at this location, I encourage you to report him to Chick-fil-A corporate. Customer service matters, and no one should be treated this way.
