had to take a moment to recognize Everet at Chick-fil-A on Brown Bridge Road in Covington, Georgia. From the second he greeted me, I could tell he genuinely cares about what he does. He is, without a doubt, one of the kindest people I’ve ever encountered in customer service.

Everett has absolutely incredible communication skills. He listens, makes eye contact, speaks clearly, and makes you feel like you truly matter — not just like you’re another order in line. The effort he puts into his job is noticeable. It’s not forced or scripted; it’s natural, warm, and authentic.

What really stands out is how he completely elevated my entire experience. With just one single visit, Everett alone made my Chick-fil-A experience a 10/10. That kind of impact is rare. His positivity, professionalism, and genuine kindness create such a welcoming atmosphere.

Chick-fil-A is known for great service, but Everett takes it to another level. If you visit this location and he’s there, you’re guaranteed to leave with a smile. Absolute top-tier customer service.

I don’t remember the young guys name but he worked in drive through on 2/12/26 around 8:30 pm I believe his name was emmanuel or emaniu something like that. He was super sweet and welcoming. He was hilarious and made sure we were taken care of. 100/10

I’m really disappointed with Chick-fil-A’s delivery service. I placed my order at 7:11pm it was suppose to be delivered between 7:37 - 7:57. My time have be going up since then. When something goes wrong with an order, there’s no way to reach anyone. Instead of canceling the order on their end like they’re supposed to, they keep your money and the only way to get it back is to physically go up to the store. It’s frustrating and completely inconvenient, especially when the issue started with their lack of communication. This needs to be fixed. It should be a button on the app that let's you cancel the order.

So this review is not about Chick-fil-A’s food but more so about the service/staff at the window.
First I want to say the young man (blonde hair didn’t get his name) who took our order in drive thru was excellent he embodies Chick-fil-A s culture when it comes to customer service and friendliness. I came in the drive through around 6:20pm on Black Friday and mind you it’s 41° 🥶. We ordered food and my mother ordered a coffee. The young man in the drive thru set the expectation and said they might not have any made but if they have to make some it will be a few extra minutes I accepted that explanation. There are approx 4-5 cars ahead of me when I get to pick up my order the first thing the girl says is, “um did you want something else because we don’t have any coffee” I said the young man already informed me you would have to make some. In my mind I’m thinking. You saw the order on the screen and that it had been paid for so why didn’t they start the coffee then (too much like right I guess) so she goes to consult the inside staff asking if they were going to make the coffee or not. The female looked but finally said they’ll make some but it will be 5-10 minutes and asked me to park. Mind you they handed me all of my other food. After over 10minutes we had to walk in and ask for the coffee it was ready went back to my car they brought it out!
Lately Chick-fil-A hasn’t impressed me like they used to.

I had an upsetting experience at the Chick-fil-A on Brown Bridge Rd in Covington, GA with manager Yurelis Torres. She unplugged my phone from my car and took it inside to assist with a medium fruit cup reward issue without asking. While I initially let it go, assuming she was trying to help, she kept it for an extensive amount of time, allowing other coworkers to handle it, and it eventually locked. This occurred while the drive-thru line was already backed up, and I was late for work. When she returned and I expressed discomfort, she responded dismissively, refused to help me redeem the reward, and did not offer even a small fruit cup as a courtesy. I have contacted Chick-fil-A corporate about this incident, as I believe this behavior is unprofessional and deserves attention. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this location.

The food is Chick-fil-A food. You know what to expect. What you can expect to *actually get* is a different story. Last two visits were an incorrect order, and an order that was missing half of what I ordered. The staff was nice, as expected. The restaurant was clean, as expected. Receiving half of my breakfast was unexpected, however. Lesson learned. Treat this location like any other fast food joint, instead of a CfA, and you might be less disappointed. Go in expecting McDonald’s or Burger King levels of customer service, and you will be okay. Go in expecting CfA service, and you’ll be let down. 🫤 Having no way to actually speak to a person before 9 is a poor way to attempt customer satisfaction.
