I love Chick-fil-A & most of us do but this is crazy to me. I had to wait for my food only to receive a cold sandwich & fries. Also, it's 26° & there weren't any heaters attempting to warm up the employees. Of my last 3 visits, they have all been below the standards we've all come to love.

Yet ANOTHER night that delivery was placed and the estimated delivery time has come and gone (30 minutes after) and order still not even prepared. Try to place order from other device and it says they are no longer taking delivery orders (6:40 PM on a Thursday night). This is about the sixth time in the last 6 months…reason we usually have to end up with DoorDash option and not CFA option. Can’t call store directly because it goes to 3rd party Customer Cares team. This place is a JOKE since ownership change. When you do think you may get a deliver, either 1.5 passes or time jumps from 25 minutes to 90 minutes. This time (like several other times) it has been an hour and order isn’t even marked “preparing”

Food was absolutely BOMB!!! I do have to ask for all my sauces a 2nd time because 5x in a row going there. All 5 times. They forgot my sauce. And the atmosphere is a drive-thru how good can it really be?

I really had stopped doing reviews tbh. But I found my account just to tell you this! This chick-fil-a was the best as of all the rest when they first opened but now I can honestly say chik-fil-a you really suck. Every time I’ve came in the last year they’ve become more like McDonald’s you have to wait to be acknowledged sometimes, they always mess up your food, very long wait times, and not the same friendliness I’m used to. Like the last 3x including today my girlfriend’s hash brown bowl has been messed up (eggs on the side) we get all the way home and have to go back to the store every time!!! I’d like to think that Chik-fil-A is the same restaurant when you receive your food you don’t even have to check it but you in fact do!!!

This CFA is the literal slowest CFA I’ve ever been too. You will sit a minimum of 20+ minutes in the drive thru every time, no matter the time of day. It is obnoxious.

Twice now I’ve ordered unsweetened tea and was given sweet tea. Second time the girl asked me, “are you sure that was sweet?” ??♀️ The majority of the frontline employees have zero customer service skill and it doesn’t seem to be anyone’s pleasure to help me. Y’all are losing that special touch you once had and should really work to get it back because I’ve had McDonald’s employees treat me more kindness than chick fil a lately and that’s saying a lot!!!
