The few times I've come to this location, the drive has been entirely to slow. Who the "f" wants to wait for an order of nuggets 5 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of them? 10:47a.m. on a Saturday. No sense of urgency here, absolutely none!

The Cow was having fun with all the kids in the restaurant, and that was very fun. Be aware of the odd parking lot arrangement/direction. It's pretty unusual.

New restaurant (I think) in Covington, Georgia. I've used the mobile through line the several times now and the order has always been just right. No confusion. Good service, as always, from Chick-fil-A. I have not yet dined in, but I may in the future. I gave them a five on atmosphere just based on the quality of service received in the mobile through line. Pleasant always.

I have been to this chick fil a many times when they first opened. It was great. Now I’m not so sure, we have gotten every single thing on our order wrong numerous times now… first it was drinks we ordered a large and got a KIDS instead. We paid for a large not a small. Today it was fries… we ordered 3 and got 1!! Then it was the whole entire meal which was not even ours… I love this location but you may need to reevaluate some things and check in with your staff.

Im from LI, NY and chick-fil-a over there is definitely not the same. This was the only chick-fil-a experience that i had and my fries werent cold and my sandwich wasnt lukewarm. I ate that thing so fast.

They are pretty good, the employees also seem stressed though. They need to add some fun so they will smile more. I know they are striving to get everything correct because that’s chic-fil-a’s way but even if not y’all correct it no problem so ease up nobody is perfect ?!
