I ordered the lunch special. I received a salad that would only take 2 bites to eat it, it was that small. I then upgraded my salad and still received a small portion. The burger came out with no fries. They were not even busy. This isn't the first time I have been here and and the customer service isn't great, especially in the bar area.

THIS LOCATION does not fail to show warm, genuine welcome, attention to customer dynamics and engages in personal conversations beyond the script all without losing focus or otherwise getting distracted. This is something that comes from training and stressing the priority of customer service.
Food is important at a restaurant. Temperature, order accuracy and presentation make up the customer experience, alongside flavor and preparation. This location pairs impeccable timing with delicious and well-prepared food that arrives hot, visibly enticing and accurate to the requests of the customers. Our glasses never run empty, and our table waiters always make sure to keep our tables clear and presentable.
The restaurant grounds and tables are always clean, clear and presentable all day, which we know from visiting this location several times at different points in the day. Couple this with a vast menu hosting various options for various tastes, and spaces that support family gatherings, or even dates or small celebrations like my wife and I have had here, and you get one of the best restaurant options here in Covington!

There was a problem with our bill. We got it resolved and the very elderly woman which I assume was the manager yelled at us across the restaurant accusing us of not paying our bill. We absolutely did pay. Yelling at us was very unprofessional and not what a “manager” should be doing. Very disappointed in her behavior.

Probably the best experience in a Chillis I ever had this week. Food and beer were very good. The bar tender was excellent and the bar customers were super friendly and welcoming. This must be a real nice area to call home.

Stopped in to grab a quick bite and it was packed. However, the service was faster than a chick-fil-a drive thru. The customer service was amazing our server Cyana provided amazing service and has such beautiful energy. Now the food which is why I decided to leave this review. Whoever they have in the kitchen actually added some seasoning to the food. Like it had flavor that I did not expect from a Chili’s restaurant. Normally it’s cool and you don’t expect much but nope this was on point.
Ordered the ribeye to go. It was uneditable worst steak I’ve ever had from a restaurant.

My server was Jamila. Excellent customer service skills. She was very personable and pleasant. Although my husband and I were not the only guest there, she made us feel like we were. I would go back because of her kindness and compassion. Our table was dirty and had to be cleaned again and there were fries under my feet at the table. My food looked good,but it was cold when I received it.
