Not a Chili's fan but stopped at this one for 1st time and tried the Ancho Salmon. Good flavor & presentation, but over cooked, which should be a crime for salmon. Sides were okay. Atmosphere was low energy but decent for area.

I was SOOO disappointed with my visit last night! I decided to splurge and get a steak this time! Well when it was brought to the table my first thought was how unappealing it was. It was so thin that the edges had curled up on itself and been burned. I went ahead and cut into it looking for the med rare I'd ordered and wasn't surprised to find out that it was too thin for that temp except for about three small bites worth! I figured I'd bite the bullet and eat it anyway as I was with others and we had somewhere to be in a little while. My first bite tasted a bit weird but I thought it might be due to it being a burnt edge so I cut into the small end that actually showed a BIT of pink. I couldn't even get it chewed due to the amount of gristle in it and the flavor wasn't any better! I immediately said screw this and called over the waitress. I explained about the steak, showing her exactly what was up with the meat and told her I'd rather just get my order replaced with something else entirely, because I was off put by the weird, gross, flavor of the meat as well as the condition of it, then chance just replacing the steak. Instead of just agreeing she had to get the manager. Luckily the manager understood my aversion to trying another steak and agreed, but it did still extend the wait. So anyway, I ordered the Smash Burger and the only exception I made was asking for no thousand Island dressing. I ended up getting my burger after everyone else had finished eating and on top of that there was no cheese nor lettuce on it!🤷♀️🤦♀️😭🤬 The flavor was really good as far as the meat went and the fries were fresh, hot and crispy like normal as well. But needless to say I was just so disappointed overall!😭 I ended up quickly eating only half of my dinner as we had to rush out to a concert we were due at and then my food was stuck in the hot car and I don't think it's salvageable!😭 I did let the waitress know about the burger not having two of the condiments and stopped by to let the manager know as well. The manager just said oh well I'll let the server know!🤷♀️🤦♀️ I think I'll be giving Chili's a break from my twice a week visit!

My sisters and I went around 2:30 on a Thursday afternoon. We order burgers fries ribs chicken tenders and potatoe soup. Everything was delicious but our waitress (Chilli) wouldn't let us eat in peace. She kept coming by the table picking up the paper from the straws and our napkins. She said she didn't want paper to fall on the floor and that she didnt want to sweep up behind us so that's why she was doing that, which was weird! Great food but strange waitress.

The small burgers on the appetizer were horrible. The strawberry lemonade was watered down. The fries tasted like cardboard and were cold. Not the experience I needed paying $140.00. Never again!

Seems that under new management this location is thriving. We thoroughly enjoyed our food, it came out hot and as ordered as well as we had a great server.

6/25/25 around 7:40 the server that works at the bar took our order but she had no personality at least towards us but I did catch her smiling and talking to her kind.. my burger was super pink.. when it was time to go I asked for to go boxes where she proceeded to slap the boxes on top of our food.. I usually love this location but I WILL NEVER RETURN my ticket says her name is Erica but I don’t think that was her name

The manager is racist and raises her voice at African Americans UNPROVOKED. I seen it first hand. This is ridiculous and embarrassing. This isn’t an inclusive environment! Stick to the one in Conyers!
