I care my 15-year-old to Chili’s to have a birthday dinner I ordered me some steak and shrimp. It came out with a scrub paper wrapped around my steak like I was a dog. It was very disgusting. I sent it back. They sent me another steak. It was hard as a rock. I prefer to shut it down until they can find a new cook. That’s just messing up their business real bad.
Vegetarian options: The service was back in 1970. I told the witches is 2025 give me more respect than that.

We have never had issues in the past, but today when getting a to-go order the chips were extremely soft and stale to the point we had to throw them out. They were inedible. We got queso and guacamole just to have no chips. Very disappointed.

Portion control lacking everytime, my family splits a Cajon chicken Alfredo party size and it's half the size got last time.chivken hardly cut up and 1/3 missing garlic toast.

The old adage about one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch, well it's true! We are here from out of state for business and are staying at a hotel within waking distance from Chili's. The first week and a half, we dined there twice for dinner and twice for lunch, it was going to be our go-to place. The service and food was great until the last time, Nov.19,2024 at 5:12 pm We decided to have the chicken salad with quesadilla again, instead of the fajita platter that we had been ordering. I asked if that was the way they made quesadillas, because there didn't seem to be any cheese in them and the server said she'd make sure there was cheese. She came with our order and it was the same without any noticeable cheese. I showed her. The manager came over and had us remove all the chips and brought us some new quesadillas. This is when it got weirder. She then had the server remove the pay gadget from our table saying something about it was on the wrong table,(I noticed noone else had that issue)and never returned with it. The server then came with our bill (which was strange)and I asked where the gadget was, she brought it and asked for my phone number and I said I could do all that, so she handed it to me and watched as I used my card to pay. *note: all the while we ate the manager and the server were glaring at us..... so needless to say we never returned to spend our money there. btw...I do have all my receipts sent by email. On the bright side, we got to explore other restaurants, with really nice people, and great food in the area. We will probably be here another month.

I called the Covington location to place a to go order which wasn't my first time doing this as I eat at this location often. When I called Braden answered and claimed he couldn't hear me...never had this experience. So I called back two additional times to hear the exact same response and he hung up each time. I had a relative called whom was at the same location and was a male whom he was ready to take his order. Talk about pissed...so he clearly has an issue with women. I will never eat at a Chili's again cuz this is what you have respecting your establishment...INSANE!!!!
