Location used to be better in the past. Smaller portion sizes now and management sucks. Small portion sizes and high prices š¬

Yikes!!! Weāve given them 3 tries but no more. The worst Chipotle around and weāve been to them all. Donāt waste your money on double chicken. The portions are ridiculous. They are always out of things. The fajitas are barely cooked.. every time. And talk about dirty. Disgusting. No place to even sit without a deep clean. They donāt close the sides ⦠so 2/3 times expect salsa in your bag,
Iāll drive to another city or avoid this location at all costs.

Letās start with cleanliness, the dining room was dirty, soda fountain/napkin area was also dirty and not to mention they didnāt have any forks or spoons.. luckily after we asked they did have one of the two available. They were out of a lot of food items also, but despite everything I just mention we decided to still eat here because my family and I were hungry. Wrong move⦠in combination of everything I just mentioned, in addition to me witnessing how the manager dealt with an upset customer my family and I will not be coming back to this location. The manager and staff continued to talk poorly about the customer in front of the rest of us, as if we arenāt customers ourselves. This location needs a change in management and staff.

They left $10 worth of food out of my order. I tried to call 4 times and no one will answer the phone.

I ordered online for drive-thru pickup, but I didnāt get what I ordered. When I got home, after one bite, I had to cut my burrito open just to see what was inside. It was so far off that I ended up eating it like a salad. Whatās frustrating is that I watched the young lady prepare it fresh, following the screen over the prep table. Now I canāt help but wonder if she can read.

The guy with the dark hair that is always there he was working the cold station but took over and caused confusion with the lady doing the meat and beans. He reached over to slap small portions on my food. Portion size inconsistent. A few days ago I feel I got fair portion today I did not. I felt rushed which caused my order to be inaccurate. I wonāt be back any time soon. Get it together Chipotle.

My parents and I were craving a form of burrito and I knew this location was around. We went in and automatically it was dirty. My mom claimed she saw a cockroach on the wall! Customer service was horrible and was unsettling and overstimulating. Never again! Please read reviews before you go somewhere!

It was busy on Halloween. My food got mix up with another young lady since they put her sour cream on my plate. Didnāt see them put her stuff on my plate paying attention to my child trying hold her. The girl that bagging i told her that not my plate. She acting like she donāt want to check make sure it was mine. Saying while what you want me to do. As if checking it was a problem. Will not come back again. Need employees with better attitudes in workplace

I went to the convington chipotle and the service was terrible. The worker did not look happy to be there and had an attitude, I said hi to her and said may I have this and that and I said thank every time. But every time I asked for extra rice or corn or anything else she made a face and barely put any food on the spoon and the first scoops before I asked for more were not full scoops. Asking for extra vegetables is free and doesnāt even cost extra and she was making it look like a hassle that I was asking for extra food that Iām aloud to ask for. Just for an example I asked for extra fajita vegetables and my first scoop was not a normal size scoop and then I asked for more and she did an even smaller scoop. And she had an annoyed face. I also normally go to the Conyers location but I was in convington and thought I would get the same service. The Conyers location has nice workers and they give great scoops with a smile. I donāt recommend anyone going to this location. I also have never been one to think chipotle gives out small sizes like social media portrays but this location and this worker fit the description very well. I went on Saturday Oct 26 at around 4:25.

This was my first time eating here and will be my last everything was cold. The queso tasted like gravy. Quest is supposed to be cheese. Even after we left it out is was still runny.

Before I say anything look at the old pics and the new ones lol smh. The new staff sucks man. Portion size sucks now. If you get extra meat be ready to not get it lol. Oh if you order online expect your food to be wrong too cuz they canāt read. Prices raising but you getting less food and quality. Wild. And the help on the app with āpepperā is pure gold just the response I need.
