City Pharmacy used to be our favorite dinner spot in Covington. The food used to be absolutely delicious, very well planned and presented. The charcuterie board was so beautiful and delicious. Now they have removed the charcuterie from the menu and the level of food has gone from 5 stars down to 2 or 3. Please go back to the high standards you used to have. We will come back but not as often or as enthusiastically as before.

The atmosphere was top-notch. Drinks were amazing and food was to die for. Now this place is not cheap, so be aware you will pay quite a bit for everything, but it may be one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Will definitely be going back once I have saved up a few more dollars to splurge.

Last night we ate at City Pharmacy for the first time and we were not disappointed!

This was a night out for my birthday dinner (early birthday dinner as my birthday is this week).

We ordered appetizers, which were Salmon Cakes and Fried Okra. The Salmon cakes were super delicious and the Okra was cut like fries, weren't soggy, and were flavorful. My husband doesn't care for Okra in most cases, but even he liked the Okra.

The entree was spectacular! Both of us ordered the steak filet which came on a bed of potato puree with asparagus on the side. The steaks were cooked to perfection with a nice sear/crust on the outside and they cut like butter! The potato puree was silky, creamy, smooth, and delicious! The asparagus was perfectly seasoned and still had a nice bite!

Overall we were impressed! The staff were super friendly and our waitress was on top of her game!

Be sure to make a reservation and then enjoy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food was good, but there was a super long wait for drinks (which were mediocre), and service was tenuous at best. They seem to be not firing on all cylinders.. a disappointment.

Our reservation for Sunday, August 10th at 10 am was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment we arrived, the staff proved to be absolutely amazing and a true pleasure to talk with. As a dedicated fan of Bloody Marys, I can confidently declare that they serve the absolute best I've ever tasted. Beyond the exceptional drinks, the food was equally delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend the Shrimp and Grits; trust me, you won't be disappointed. But perhaps the most delightful discovery for a true Southerner like myself was their sweet tea – this is genuinely the only place that holds firm on the authentic, sweet, southern tea tradition. Seriously, get the tea; it's a game-changer!

Online menu is not consistent with what is available. Only two kids items grilled cheese and a burger. A bit turned off my the hostess lack of eye contact from introduction to bringing water to table. We left to satisfy our child's appetite as well.

$33 for oysters the size of a half dollar. Meat over fatty chewy, was really disappointed in this experience had heard a lot of good things. Way overpriced for quality of food. Drinks were good.

I brought my dad here today and I must say I was very disappointed in the food it wasn't near as good as it used to be. However it's redeeming quality was the service our little waitress was on time on top of it and one of the best waitresses we've had in a restaurant in a while. And the drink were really on point. The food just wasn't it

🌟 5-Star Experience! 🌟
We had a wonderful dining experience at this lovely restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — I ordered the deviled eggs and the wedge salad with salmon, and both were perfectly prepared and full of flavor.

The service was outstanding — attentive, kind, and welcoming from start to finish. The atmosphere was clean, cozy, and inviting, which made our meal even more enjoyable.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food and even better hospitality. We’ll definitely be back

Stopped in here as it is on the Resy list for Covington and it’s a cute, ambient place and artful place.

The food was plated very appealingly and honestly really good and the portions were just right—satisfying without being over the top. The menu is a bit limited, but what they do offer is well-executed and they have a different special of the day that helps spice things up. I ordered the pecan crusted chicken. Overall very tasty although I do prefer my green beans on the less crunchy side and I didn’t really get the pecan flavor it felt more maple syrupy.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the experience feel welcoming from start to finish. The atmosphere was relaxed and stylish—definitely a nice place to hang out. It is on the pricey side, but if you’re looking for good food with a solid vibe, it’s worth it.
