BBQ plate. I was absolutely mesmerized by the smoker aromas that had permeated the city block. I had to turn around and get a taste. It was incredibly delicious. And they even slipped a sausage dog in the box for my Great Dane!
Don't let the fact that it's part of a gas station building turn you off. They got a 99 on their last health dept inspection so I knew I was safe! Best brisket I've had in a LONG TIME. Enjoyed the mustard based BBQ sauce, yummy beans, and was thankful for friendly ladies and clean restroom. Was able to park the Harleys directly out front, fair amount of parking. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Cowboys BBQ catered a lunch for Wesley Methodist Church and it was delicious! They were great to work with, the pulled pork, smoked chicken, beans, slaw and baked potato salad were all excellent!!
