Was ok at first then service went waaay down. They never get my order right and they will not offer a fix or give you a refund. The app will tell you your food is ready only to have you wait 30 minutes when you get there. Definitely needs new management.

This location is absolutely ridiculous! The guy with the long hair is so rude, he messes orders up and then is rude about it and wants the rest of your food to sit there and get cold while he fixes the messed up part of your order. This is not the first time this has happened and he had the same attitude and outlook the last time this happened.
They have downsized the medium size pizza, it is the size of a small and is not worth the money. I also ordered extra pepperoni and not only did I not get extra pepperoni but I hardly got a regular amount of pepperoni. *The photos attached to this review are from a previous visit over a year ago and I gave five stars*

Third time ordering from this dominoes and 3 out of 3 times they have messed up my order. They get the toppings wrong and I ask for well done and it comes almost raw every time. Definitely not ordering there ever again.

Ordered 2 build your own pastas, and barely any meat in it. It's normally decent portions. But not this time. One had chicken and one had bacon. Both was way less than 1/2 cup .

I ordered from this Dominos. My order was cold and it was not how I ordered it. The manager on duty was very rude. He got an ear full. I will not be ordering from them EVER again. These companies need to understand the customer is always right. I bet he won't be slick at the mouth again 🙄 😒 🤣

Domino’s app has this neat tracker that shows you when your order has begun processing, and when it’s complete. I was at a location 15 minutes away, and when the app showed that my order had begun, I started driving to the location. Upon my arrival, I saw that the app showed the order complete. When I went into the store, the screen showed my order complete. The employee asked me for my name, and when I told him, he stated that he was just then beginning my order. In other words, he marked the order complete before even starting the pizza. He stated that he was the only employee there. So, I waited… but I would have much rather waited where I could have been productive. The entire time I was in the store waiting, not one other customer came through the door. What point is there in having a tracker on the app if the employees game the system to make their timing look good?
Edit: One year later, we decided to try them again… With nearly the same exact scenario. This time, another family member went to pick up the pizza, and they told her they couldn’t find the order. They then required her to get the order number, saying that they go by order number instead of by name (the signs in the lobby display customer names, so that is an apparent lie). Again, they started the order after she was there.
When is their management going to start reading reviews and making some changes?

I loved dominos when I lived out west but I’m not sure what the deal is here. Today I got a cheese pizza that was folded in half, a sausage marinara bowl without any sausage and a sausage, bacon, onion and pepper pizza that only had bacon on half of it and had no sausage. The one pizza that was edible was cut into like 50 pieces. It was a medium pizza cut into so many slices it was actually very annoying.
