My food took 40 minutes once in the driver’s hands to get to me all my food is cold and soggy and when I called the store to make a comment about it, they told me to drive up there and bring everything back and they’ll remake it will not refund me any money for the delivery charge and also that I can just throw it in the oven and crisp it up. Lady was rude and I’m very upset with their service

Ordered food at 7:13pm food did not arrive until after 10pm. Store did not care that food was delayed. Was very rude and said that it’s nothing they could do because people were ordering food for game night. Food was extremely cold and didn’t have the correct form of crust on my pizza. Will not order again

I guess I know better than to get the garlic bites now. This isn’t even cooked, it’s raw and doughy. Extremely disrespectful workers, Driver must’ve SAT on my pizza or something because it was demolished, the store refused a refund so I spent 3 months back and forth with the corporate Twitter account till they decided to refund me. Don’t waste your time, this location is horrible.

Been waiting over 2 hours now for 1 medium pizza! This place sucks! Complete and utter trash! The hung up on me 3 times in a row without even saying hello when I was trying to check on my order. Supposedly they have been prepping my pizza for over an hour now. Can't get any info or anything. This place has gone so far downhill!

Disappointing experience at this Domino's on October 11, 2025. Unfortunately, the customer service didn't meet my expectations. I ordered a pizza, but the issues weren't resolved when I spoke with Manager Judie. Hopefully, they'll improve their service in the future.

I ordered a takeout pizza here one night because I needed something quick. It was sickening to see nobody in the whole store wearing gloves. This guy in the pic (or the other lady on the line I didn’t post her because the pic had her face). Not to mention my hand tossed pizza was made to be a thin crust. Yall have got to do better. Im new around here and I guess the culture is to slack off when it comes to preparing food for others and food quality. So disappointing.

On 09/23/25 night shift I was In there for a pick up , this guy was upset because he was by himself working, I felt his confusion, but he was slinging pizza 🍕 left and right as if he was fed up with the place , I was extremely unhappy about people food going out 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 he was kinda nasty 🤢

I will NEVER EVER EVER order from dominos again in life! First the guy with the ponytail doesn't wear gloves! Disgusting! 2nd Placed an in order in store for a 10inch pizza for $15 and not one of the employees mentioned ordering online would be wayyyy cheaper. So if you do go there NEVER EVER order in store! They will never get another penny from me! Food is nasty and customer service sucks.

My family ordered almost $50 worth of pizza Saturday night 8/2/25. We all woke up this morning throwing up and feeling horrible. If you call for help no one answers and it’s truly sad because I usually only eat Pizza Hut I was trying them for this first time in over 10 yrs. I would not recommend. Also we did curbside and my husband sat in the car for 20 mins waiting before he just walked in. It was three ppl working. We also ordered the brownie, I couldn’t tell you why we are all sick because we all got our own pizza and they were all different.

Ordered delivery only to receive the wrong order. Attempted to call to speak with someone to correct the error only to be on hold for almost an hour. Was never able to reach anyone. Will not be ordering from them again. So sad that customer service and accuracy is no longer valued.
