I will NEVER EVER EVER order from dominos again in life! First the guy with the ponytail doesn't wear gloves! Disgusting! 2nd Placed an in order in store for a 10inch pizza for $15 and not one of the employees mentioned ordering online would be wayyyy cheaper. So if you do go there NEVER EVER order in store! They will never get another penny from me! Food is nasty and customer service sucks.

My family ordered almost $50 worth of pizza Saturday night 8/2/25. We all woke up this morning throwing up and feeling horrible. If you call for help no one answers and it’s truly sad because I usually only eat Pizza Hut I was trying them for this first time in over 10 yrs. I would not recommend. Also we did curbside and my husband sat in the car for 20 mins waiting before he just walked in. It was three ppl working. We also ordered the brownie, I couldn’t tell you why we are all sick because we all got our own pizza and they were all different.

Ordered delivery only to receive the wrong order. Attempted to call to speak with someone to correct the error only to be on hold for almost an hour. Was never able to reach anyone. Will not be ordering from them again. So sad that customer service and accuracy is no longer valued.

This Domino beat me out of my money. Let me tell you what happened. So on my app I placed an order to get it delivered to me while I was at work. The tracker said they deliver but they never did deliver to me.🥺🤬🥺🤬

I ordered two pizzas delivery. One pizza was the correct order and second one was completely wrong! Wasn’t even ours! The manager said it would take an hour and half to get the correct one delivered. We have two kids we couldn’t wait an hour and half for them to eat! We couldn’t get the delivery charge nor the tip back! So we drove and got the pizza. I wouldn’t recommend dominoes pizza! Go to papa John’s.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My son recently found a finger or toenail in his pasta. He actually bit into it before we discovered what it was. I'm a pretty big guy and it was bigger than my thumbnail. Fair warning. This place is nasty.

Ordered 2 pizzas that fall under their advertising deals and they refused to honor the deal after being shown their mistake they refused to make it right after asking for a refund I was told I would have to wait for the safe to unlock for the refund on the money I just handed them (over charging and unwilling to fix mistakes)

Very Disappointed I ordered a pepperoni pizza for my family and what we received was noticeably old and not fresh at all. Everyone in my household tried it, and we all agreed it tasted off. I called the store and spoke with the manager on duty, Kyle, who told me there was nothing he could do since only four slices were left. With a family of five, of course several slices were gone—we each took a bite before realizing it was not good. His response was dismissive and unhelpful. I’ll be calling back to speak with the store manager when she’s in on Sunday, because this experience was unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
